Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"Christian and the band were excellent from start to finish. From the initial booking right through to when they left at the end of the evening. A very professional group of young musicians who made our evening a fantastic success. Each musician was fantastic in themselves and the lead singer was a fabulous, energetic young lady who sang as good or even better than many a pop star. Even before the party started when we had problems with the delimiter the band members kept us totally informed until we were able to sort out the problems at the hall. We have have feedback from many of our guests and each and everyone of them were totally impressed with the musicians. "Rocking" and "the best band ever" were some comments to name but a few. We had a great band at my daughter's wedding and didn't think they would be matched. However, Funky Friday hit the spot in every way and the dance floor was full all evening. We would book them again if the need arose and anyone looking for a class act would be well advised to book these up as they were outstanding in every way."

"Mimi Rouge was absolutely fantastic!! The atmosphere she brought to our Christmas Party was brilliant. Would highly recommend hiring her for any event. The variety of songs she was able to sing was brilliant and all our volunteers and staff have commented on how amazing she was. Would definitely hire again in the future for other events if we can!"

"I had the pleasure of recording and filming the guys at their show in Middlesbrough last night. What a great bunch of guys. A real tight band, a brilliant set list that’s guaranteed to get you on the dance floor and Michelle, the lead singer is phenomenal. They made my job easy and not feel like a job at all. Thoroughly enjoyed them and would totally recommend anyone to go see them. "

We were extremely impressed by your lengthy repertoire, which allowed us to choose the perfect music not only for our ceremony but also for the drinks outside in the gardens and the Safari Lodge. We really appreciated being able to speak to Laura whenever we needed her. It was a wonderful relief to know that someone was paying attention to every detail. "We absolutely loved our set that we had at our reception. We originally had it booked for our wedding but due to covid had to cancel and rebook. RBFS were very understanding of this and helpful in fitting us in for another event. They were on time for setting up, and it added a lovely ambience to our reception. We had so many compliments from our guests and we too managed to capture the beautiful music. Very talented and highly recommend for any function! "

"The Leathernecks played our wedding on Saturday and absolutely blew everyone away. They had the dance floor full for the entirety of both sets & had the crowd chanting for more afterwards. The venue owner commented that they were the best wedding band she had seen & took their card and one of our friends who is getting married next year has already said she is going to book them for her wedding too. A great set of lads that have brilliant energy from start to finish. Nick was great at communicating prior to the event. I would highly recommend them and encourage you to book - you will not be disappointed!"
