Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"We were after a great live band for our wedding, and boy did these guys deliver! We received many comments afterwards on how fantastic the music was with some saying it was the best music they'd heard at a wedding (and we'd agree!). Their sound is very polished from the guitar playing (incredible solos), to the vocals, drumming and harmonies. They have a comprehensive and large setlist (available on their website) playing everything through from rock classics, indie gems and modern pop, from 60s to present day. Matt is very responsive to the audience's mood and requests, so the dance floor was packed all night. Really easy communication with Matt beforehand, we made a few particular requests which were incorporated but left the bulk of the song selection to them as we were confident in their setlist, and also made requests for the DJ setlist. They can be booked as either a 3 piece or 4 piece, we went for the latter. Matt was really helpful on the general sound set up throughout the day, and was flexible to timing changes. Lighting was also impressive. Thanks to the Rockpins for making our day so memorable!"

"I first saw Station 2 Station play over 2 years ago and have been frequently attending their local shows ever since. Not only are they are really talented in playing a range of tracks, but they're also great guys. I booked them for a friend's leaving party back in the summer and everybody loved them. They were perfect for those wanting to get up and dance, but also for those wanting to sit back and appreciate their talent. At the request of the guests they were happy to play a couple more songs at the end of their set and had also gone to the trouble of learning my friend's favourite song with only 3 days notice. Would 100% recommend!! "

"My mum hired 'The Cheers' for my 21st birthday party and they were fabulous. I had guests ranging from ages 10 - 60, and they played music for everyone. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a band to provide upbeat music to dance to. All the band members were very friendly and organised, and they made the party a great success! "

Great communication from start to finish, accommodated our wedding date move due to Covid and played an amazing set. All guests were gutted when the band finished and wanted the party to continue. "Celebrations at the Petersham Hotel are always a special event however this New Years Eve was one to remember. Our guests all agreed that the choice of musicians was inspired and they were the icing on the cake to an already memorable atmosphere. Can't recommend them enough. "Jukebox Brass promised to get our guests on their feet and they certainly did exactly that! They were professional from start to finish. The whole room was filled with guests dancing and singing along to their incredibly talented sounds, most guests even stated this band was the best part of the event. I would highly recommend booking them!"
