"We have just buried my mother in law. Joanne sang Ave Maria and Panis Angelicus, as well as helping us with our woeful hymn singing. Such a beautiful voice, a real gift. She provided dignity and beauty to the service. I am greatly indebted to her."

"Glen helped make our wedding a special day. We booked Glen up a year in advance and his professionalism was instant. Glen's repertoire of traditional pipe music is vast. He knew all of the songs we wanted and worked really well with our schedule, knowing when to play a particular song that was special to us (including Star Wars). What was even better for us was just how friendly Glen is. He was instantly popular with the congregation and he spent time after the service to mingle with people and to be one of our guests. Thank you Glen, people will be lucky to have you for their events, we will definitely be in touch again in the future, that is if you do not become too busy!"

"We had searched for a guitarist to play our wedding, but as we wanted one to get the party started between the day and evening do, we struggled to find one, with most having a more downbeat take on songs. But then we found Matt and as we looked through his links on YouTube etc., his repertoire and his style, it became clear he was the guitarist for us. We reached out to Matt to talk about what we wanted from him for our day and he was very open and collaborative to our suggestions and upfront on what he provided, for how long and for how much and what he needed from us, making the whole booking process very easy. We also enquired about him learning some additional songs that were favourites of our friends and family, which he gladly obliged. On the day he arrived and got set up promptly, smartly dressed and was amazing, with our guests commenting that he was great. We would wholeheartedly recommend Matt for anyone, he is an amazing wedding guitarist!"

"Tamsyn , married on 22/08/2025 Beyond amazing!!! Katie preformed at our wedding reception back in August and she was absolutely incredible. Her voice is amazing and she was a such vibe. Every single one of my guest were amazed by her and she really got the night going! Katie was by far my favourite booking to the whole wedding and I cannot wait to book with her again in the future. Thank you so much Katie for making our wedding so special x"

"We initially weren’t sure we wanted a band at our wedding, but after hearing Funky Friday at a friend’s wedding and seeing how much more fun it made the dancing, we were so impressed we had to have them. A huge range of songs that everyone loves and they even sent us audio so we could practice our first dance to it! Everyone at our wedding was talking about how good they were, and in hindsight we are so glad we booked them. Happy to recommend the band to anyone for weddings, parties, events, etc., you won’t regret it!"

"Avelia and Gareth were just great for our 70th birthday party. Their music was pitched so well moving between introductory themes to some dinner accompaniment and lastly to dance music to end. We were particularly impressed by their musicianship only coming to play at this gig with no prior experience of ever playing together it was truly remarkable and we are so grateful to them both for making our lovely evening pitch perfect! For public record, Gareth was an absolute star, covering for my previously booked pianist who was admitted to hospital the day before the event!

"We regularly see this band playing at our local pub and just knew we wanted them for our wedding! Communication and response was great throughout. The wedding itself they were just amazing! They got everyone on the dance floor and really set the tone for the evening. Everyone commented on how great they were and loved that they played such different genres and generations of songs. "We really enjoyed the day, and it was made more special by having some many friends and family there in the fabulous Randolph Ballroom. A number of our guests were very complimentary about your performance. In a back handed compliment, my father said you kept him awake- that is good! The Maitre D'Hote also said that the hotel were impressed so they asked for your details, so more trips to Oxford in the future."
