"Jamboree James was the ultimate professional, great communication and arrived in plenty of time to set up. He was patient in the chaos of our school fayre set up. We had lots of compliments about the music which provided the perfect background to the events of the day. I'd definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking for some excellent live music from a reliable musician."

"She conjures songs both mellifluous and punchy which she delivers with charm and wit. There’s romance and sex in abundance, swirling lyrics into fables, stirring tunes into delicacies for the ear. Who’s that girl, lurking behind her vocals? I’m hearing Julie Driscoll and Judie Tzuke. Astrud Gilberto and Carly Simon. Chrissie Hynde and Peggy Lee. Not too loudly. Nessa knocks them for six with her soul and folk, jazz and pop takes. She gives the broads a run for their fifty pees."

"Very talented musician, unique and interesting way of playing, fab repertoire covering all genres. Professional, came with all his own gear, coped admirably with weather changes. Many, many lovely and interested comments from guests who were very impressed! Would highly recommend."

"Soul Messengers were brilliant at our wedding ceremony! They learnt our favourite song for our aisle walk - which sounded incredible!. (Better than we could ever have anticipated!) and they brought an energy and a joy to the room before and after the ceremony that our guests loved. "Booked kit for my wedding, he was very responsive up until the day where he cancelled a few hours before he was meant to be there. It was due to unforeseen circumstances and I was more than understanding but it’s been a month and he still has not paid me back by deposit! He completely ghosts me and then he responds saying the bank said it will go through in 5 days and then that day never comes…. Be warned. I have all the text correspondence… SHOCKING SERVICE "

"We had Blue Jewel to play at our wedding in December. They were absolutely brilliant. The caller was great with clear instructions and nothing was too complicated. We had lots of guests who had never been to a ceilidh before and were up dancing all evening. It was so much fun, and our family and friends are still talking about it now. We would recommend Blue Jewel without reservation!"
