"We regularly see this band playing at our local pub and just knew we wanted them for our wedding! Communication and response was great throughout. The wedding itself they were just amazing! They got everyone on the dance floor and really set the tone for the evening. Everyone commented on how great they were and loved that they played such different genres and generations of songs. "Unrecognised genius The Arsenal Tavern, Finsbury Park on Saturday 25 June 2022 That headline was a quote from DAVID BOWIE in Mojo Magazine about Billy RItchie, the keyboard player of MAYHEM, and could easily apply to the band itself. I reviewed them before, having been hugely impressed by the stunning harmonies and clever use of backing tracks, but I have to say, the new incarnation is even better, with Billy on Keyboards and Carol singing with even more assurance as when I first saw them a few years ago. DAVID BOWIE's comment is seen to be apt, the keyboards adding yet another dimension to what was already a very fine band/duo. I went to The Arsenal Tavern to catch the band, out of curiosity, especially when I noted the addition of keyboards. What a nice venue, rather a shame that the crowd was relatively quiet for a Saturday night, but they did warm up in the end - more than that, there was whooping and hollering as Carol and Billy sang "Don't Stop me Now" by Queen and "Born to Run" by Bruce Springsteen, among many other fine renditions of popular and very danceable songs, including Carol's stirring version of "Feel like a Woman" and Billy's rousing "Light my Fire" with its stunning organ solo and vocal climax producing a roar from the crowd before the song even ended. I still sense that this band has yet more to offer, some of the material could be considered rather lightweight and perhaps too populist, for such a credible force as MAYHEM are. "Lilac came and sang at my 40th birthday, in a barn in the rainy weather, she was fantastic, great voice and the sound was absolutely immense. Her and Remko were lovey to meet and camped with us to continue the celebrations. Really fantastic!"

"We booked The Road Runners for our wedding in July 2021. In the lead up to the event we were dealing with changing COVID restrictions and weren't sure if we would to be able to have the complete band; however, the band worked closely with our venue and ensured, even though they had to deal with some strict venue rules, that they would all be there - and we were so glad they were! The band were AMAZING on the day, great song choices and sound! The frontman, Danny, brought so much energy to their songs and got everyone dancing in the rain outside, making the evening so enjoyable and providing amazing memories! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a high energy, fun, talented and great value Wedding Band! "

"We recently had The Good Citizens play at our wedding reception and we can’t recommend them enough- we got to work with them to choose the songs we wanted and they even played a special request that we had heard them perform before. They got everyone up on the dance floor during the whole performance and everyone commented on how great they were, including the staff at the venue and our photographer 💕 thank you so much for bringing the energy and making it so much fun for us, we had the most perfect time, love from the Gavins xxx"

"The Kings of Hot Swing played at our wedding reception, we loved the performance and style. The guys really made the evening special and played our first dance music, which they learned especially for us. All of our guests commented on how good the music was and how it created the perfect relaxed and fun atmosphere to our wedding reception. Thanks so much, it was a perfect end to our wedding day."
