"I run a small craft beer festival south of London and I've booked these girls for three years running. The festival attendees always say great things about the music while they are playing and they are very professional. They bring the party atmosphere I require for my event, I highly recommend them. "My fiance and I are farmers and we really wanted the "Combine Harvester" song as our first dance. I know it sounds strange but John suggested he could make an alternative version that would be suitable. I was a little skeptical but excited to see if it was possible. True to his word he produced a stunningly, romantic and almost unrecognisable cover of the track with the lyrics remaining in tact perfect for our special day. I'll be forever grateful for him fulfilling our request and making my day so unique. Thank you John!!!!!"

"I booked Soul Generations for a Year 12 weekend social event and was very impressed in every respect. Communication prior to the event was timely, the band turned up in plenty of time and conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional and reliable manner throughout the event. The standard of their performance was outstanding and they really understood their audience, planning and adapting content accordingly. "Thank you for making our wedding such a special day. Absolutely everyone has commented on how brilliant the music was and how much they enjoyed it, both during the ceremony and later on in the evening. It was so uplifting and energetic, sincere but also fun at the same time. I’m afraid to say I burst into tears at one point in the evening as you played Ami Manero – it’s such a lovely tune and after umpteen glasses of champagne it all got a bit too much….tears of happiness, I hasten to add! We truly believe we couldn’t have picked a better band – you created exactly the mood we wanted and it was so nice to see all of our friends and family enjoying themselves so thoroughly on the dance floor. I joined some friends out on the terrace at one point, and the sound of the music drifting out through the French doors on the candlelit terrace created a really lovely atmosphere. Perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and will continue to tell anyone who will listen about your band. "

"Could not have asked for a better band from booking through to the wedding day. Ian called us a couple of times pre wedding to understand our very different musical tastes and managed to mix them all in for two fab wedding day live sets and a DJ set. The band even played a special song which I was incredibly last minute in deciding! The lighting you provided to the venue also completely livened it up and created a whole different place for the evening! So many wonderful compliments from guests since the wedding about how great it was that so many people were on the dance floor and how this was encouraged by the interaction between guests and the band. They (and we) loved the music so much! The most fabulous entertainment for what was a brilliant day! Thank you so much! You’re fab!"
