"We hired Unwritten Duo to perform at a Private house/Garden Party for my parents wedding anniversary. She turned up on time with all her own gear, set up without fuss, and was really professional. She did 2 sets, interacted with guests and reacted to the audience, mood well and really made the party. Excellent singer and vocals with a brilliant personality. Definitely recommend her and will consider using her again. Andy Moore "

"Fleur sang a beautiful set for our wedding in August. She sang a gorgeous mix of dance numbers and slower romantic ones, and made our reception very special. She was a delight to have there with us and tailored her set to include our requests as well. I'm so glad we booked Fleur and can't recommend her enough for any occasion - she is relaxed, elegant and has such a beautiful voice, it set such a lovely tone for our evening. Thank you, Fleur!!"

"Just to say thank you very, very much for such a great performance on Saturday night! The band was brilliant and made the evening – everyone raved (and is still raving!) about the music. It really couldn’t have been better and the fact that just about everyone was on the dance floor at one point says it all! Don’t think my 40th could have been more memorable – I had a blast!"

From the moment she sang Amazing Grace at the church, her voice filled the space with such emotion and beauty. Later, as the room was turned around and our evening guests arrived, Muriele delivered a stunning repertoire that created the perfect atmosphere. "Professional throughout they were popular with all our guests and got many people up onto the dance-floor. They sounded amazing and fitted really well into our evening reception. They were also willing to make announcements so that everyone could come and watch our last dance before we headed off on honeymoon. We would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a fun and upbeat band to entertain at their party and provide great music to dance to."

"The Backbeats played at our Silver Wedding anniversary party at Grindleton Pavilion last Saturday. As soon as the band started playing, people were immediately up on the dance floor. Despite the difference in age range of our guests, the music played by the band seemed to appeal to everyone. Having the Backbeats perform as a live band created a lively atmosphere. All our guests thought they were wonderful. A band definitely to be recommended."

"We booked the Pop Pickers for our Dad's 80th birthday party and they were brilliant! All the songs played from the 50s, 60s & 70s were known by all and got a lot of people up dancing. Communication with Ian was great before the event, and we would thoroughly recommend."
