"There is absolutely no question about Louise's talent, attention to details, patience and professionalism. Here's the reasons on why Louise is a must-have cellist at your event: From the get-go, she responded to emails promptly and was very helpful in providing me all the relevant details as well as what type of equipment might be needed. Louise is completely transparent and charges good rates for her work. Louise made sure that she learned and accommodated all the songs I wanted played during my wedding ceremony. She dealt with an indecisive bridezilla like me and sent me multiple versions of recordings to choose from with no hesitation and really quickly. She went one step further and contacted me when I was too swamped and forgot to reply to her with my song preference one week before my wedding. She caused me no issues on the day of my ceremony and arrived early with her setup ready to go. She was helpful in reminding me that music can be played as we signed our marriage registration as well and I left it in her capable hands to play a song for me and she did that. That was the explanation for her professionalism but now for her talent.... My walk down the aisle was an absolute dream- I am an extremely hard to please person (trust me, I am an absolute Karen) but she did such an impeccable job, I was singing her praises even the next day. Right before I walked down the aisle, she had perfect timing- she stopped playing minutes before I came out and my partner said that added to the tension and she played the Iris by goo goo dolls (my chosen song for my wedding march). The beauty of her cello in the large hackney Atria was so amazing, the feeling in the room was indescribable. My partner (that never cries) was crying as I walked down the aisle. The music amplified our emotions and it was so romantic!! I was getting emotional as well. At the end of our ceremony, her rendition of accidentally in love was so upbeat and nice! She continued playing as I made it to the end and it was beautiful, she stopped at the perfect time and I just can't get over that very moment. After the entire ceremony, poor Louise didn't take any breaks and kept playing all the songs I chose. She is extremely extremely professional and the nicest person. This is not a bias or paid review but honestly, I love her work so much. Definitely recommending her to anyone I know getting married. Also, I've watched multiple cello videos on Youtube of Iris and on other sites, and the notes used were always never quite right for me (even though I am not a musician by any measurement of the imagination) but I knew I wanted something slower yet still capturing the emotion and attention and she played it perfectly without me even telling her about what I was thinking. A true professional that doesn't need any hand holding or guidance. She does it all to perfection. Louise, you made my wedding day really special. Thank you so much, I really made the right choice with you. "

"The best decision we made for the Evening Reception of our wedding yesterday was hiring these guys! Brilliant band, so fun and yet so professional. They really made the night what it was... "We employed the services of the string quartet for our intimate Civil Wedding service on the 14th Sept at The George Hotel, Stamford, where they played for the service and after in the garden. Beforehand Kathryn corresponded brilliantly. Their presence and performance helped to make one very special day. Thank you so much."

"We used George to pipe my father on his final journey. I am so glad we did, George was magnificent from the start, helped us with a choice of music, type of tartan choice. He played the bagpipes amazingly, stayed at the end of the service chatted with the family, a really professional person. We would highly recommend George for any occasion and would like to extend our gratitude and heart felt thanks to him. Thank you George."

"Thanks guys for creating the atmosphere at the party last week. It was such a difference to have some great quality live music which was both tasteful and sensitive enough to chat over but lively so that people got up and had a dance. Lots of my friends have been asking for more information about The Blue Suede Shoes and I’ll need you to keep the same date next year free so that you can play for me again!"

"The London Dollz are the perfect vintage addition to any event. I was fortunate enough to hire them for my private party in 2022. They performed several sets mixing the 1920s/ 40s music and even got my guests up with a Charleston demonstration. Everyone praised how professional they were! "

"I book my wedding music through here, grouvcat, and he was absolutely amazing. Great set list and brilliant vocals. He truely went above and beyond, even learnt a song especially for our first dance. Can not recommend more, everyone at the wedding said how good he was. He was totally unfazed by the children that attended dancing around and generally being crazy. Thank you again for a wonderful ending to our wedding day."

"Phoebe and the band were amazing. We searched for quite a while to find a band we really liked and we certainly weren't disappointed with Stargazers. From their manager’s communication before the wedding to their sets on the night I really can't recommend these guys enough. They got the party going and all of our guests commented on how great they were. Amazing set list - they made our night! Thank you so much guys. We are so happy we chose you!"
