"Excellent! From start (initial contact and enquiry), to finish (performance), Modern Strings were a pleasure to work with. Sophie was very helpful and accomodating, she also offered a very competitive package, advising what would work in an honest way. She was always prompt with communications, and helped where she could. The team were punctual on the day, and played amazingly, guests loved it! Thanks to the team!"

"Can I say how wonderful the performance was! The bride wept at the surprise of the music being played as she entered the reception. The musicians were charming and the music superb. It was the best decision I made for the day and fitted so well with the vibe of the day."

You made the ceremony absolutely gorgeous despite my giggling fit and Rich's "speech impediment"!!! Hilarious! Everyone said having the harp music was gorgeous in the reception too and I loved your huge concert harp! Beautiful! "Royal String Ensemble played at our wedding ceremony at Gaynes Park, in Epping Forest on the 3rd of January 2017. The group were absolutely fantastic, many of my guests came up to me in the reception to comment and how good they were. The band were highly professional and very attentive to my ideas, they were happy to mix their conventional classical music pieces with some modern pop songs I had selected. The band met with me prior to my wedding day for an initial consultation to discuss what I'd like on the day, the format, theme of the wedding etc., they then provided me with some ideas of music that they had played at other weddings and were always extremely responsive to my emails. In particular the band really stood out and went the extra mile by kindly agreeing accompany my brother and sister (both amateur guitar and drum players) in playing a song at our wedding. This involved them re-writing the sheet music in the correct key, meeting with my brother and sister one evening to rehearse the song, and then arriving at the ceremony earlier than usual to rehearse with my brother/sister before the start of the ceremony. They are a fantastic group and I am sure they will have a hugely successful future ahead of them, they certainly made my wedding ceremony very special and unique, as one of my guests said when describing their music "they are certainly one to remember.""

"We booked Trio Capricco on a whim at a wedding show and it was the perfect decision for our relaxed but traditional wedding. They effortlessly blended in and played beautifully for our guests. Easy to communicate with and very professional. Our guests have all since commented what a wonderful choice of entertainment they were. Our daughter and little flower girls adored the odd version of a Disney song or two they threw in too. One guest even took a business card with them for future events. Simply fantastic."

"We had the South Manchester String Quartet to play for my entrance and during the signing. They added real emotion to the day before I had even walked down the aisle. Guests were crying before I came in – I think without them the atmosphere could have been a bit flat and people would certainly have been bored. My favourite part of the wedding has to be walking down the aisle – I don’t think I will ever get butterflies like that again! And – Glen cried! Now that’s a first."

"Caroline is an excellent and accomplished musician who never fails to entrance with her playing, and any concerts where she is included are not to be missed. The recent Coffee Concert we attended was an inspiration, and it was lovely to be close enough to appreciate the wonderful use of her instrument. She is so talented and her violin 'sings' for us. We enjoy her solo work and also her playing where she interacts with other musicians. Concert 2nd February 2018"

"We heard Warwickshire Strings play one afternoon whilst passing through Liverpool One last year. My husband and I both passed comment on how wonderful they were at performing. It was then that we decided that we would like them to play for our wedding the following year. They have been excellent and catered for our choice of music. All our guests commented on the music and said how much they enjoyed listening to it. This to me was one of the highlights of our wedding and I am so glad that Warwickshire String Trio could be apart of it."
