"Ok…It has taken me far too long to write this. I confess I’m forgetful. However, one thing I haven’t and won’t forget is how incredible these guys are. House of Chords are fantastic. Honestly. We booked them at quite late notice (far later than I was comfortable with because my hubby to be was being very picky about the sound he wanted). We loved that they have an eclectic repertoire and weren’t afraid to ditch the “really popular songs” from their set list in order to accommodate our tastes (there are a few songs we feel are way overplayed at weddings). On the day, they set up smoothly and were quick to introduce themselves to us in person. We had a decidedly uncommon first song choice (Walking on the Waves by Skippinish) and unfazed they found it for us. After this from a recording they kicked into a live set for which I don’t remember there ever being an empty dance floor. From the moment they picked up their instruments to the moment they put them down people were up and dancing, singing along and having fun. You can tell the band love what they do and their enthusiasm is infectious. As the live set wrapped up and we moved into the DJ-ing section of the night, the party songs came out and I distinctly remember a group of our guests teaching the band the cheesy dance routine for “Saturday Night”. I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Incredible band, great readers of group mood, infectious energy. Book them – you won’t regret it."

"We had Daisy & AMJ play for our wedding in September and had so much fun! The whole experience was made just so easy, from booking to agreeing our first dance, Daisy was on top of everything. They went above and beyond to get our first dance request sorted, and played so beautifully. The evening was perfect, we had loads of people up dancing - young to old! Would definitely book again."

"Dear Paolo and Julia We loved your set at the Gatsby party at Queens on Friday night. The three of you looked fantastic together and have such a great sound - it was really cool. We didn't leave the dance floor!"

"Andy and the boys were superb, they made our 40th wedding anniversary very special. Full of fun, everyone on the dance floor from the start. I will definitely book them again. They even allowed my 11 year old grandson to do a couple of numbers with them, made our night! Thankyou primed."

"Hi Ben, They were absolutely amazing, so many people approached me to comment on how good they were and to ask for the band’s name! Their rendition of the Harry Potter theme tune upon entrance made it spectacular and it was very sweet of them to provide the Harry Potter soundtrack music afterwards. Thank you again for being so accommodating and I’m so glad I chose The Blue Suede Shoes for my party - all the best to you and the band also! Kind regards, Zoe"

"I can’t tell you how many comments we’ve had from those who attended our British Legion evening in Seend near Devizes, Wilts on Saturday…… all excellent, I should say!! Thank you so much for making our evening so successful. We will definitely be in touch again. The village is still talking about it. Great to see so many people up on the dance floor (and the tables and chairs!) within minutes of starting and wanting to continue well into the night!!! A great night. Thanks to all. See you again soon."

"Just a quick note to say a massive thank you! You guys were brilliant on Saturday and my friends keep telling me how awesome you were. I loved how mad everyone went when you played the Irish tunes. Thanks for sorting the music for our first dance and for DJing later also. Will definitely book you again in the future! xxx Kirsty and Nige, wedding at Bruisyard Hall in Suffolk – 17th September 2016 "

"Everyone had a great time Dear Mick, I just wanted to say thank you very much to yourself and the rest of Wraggle Taggle for performing so brilliantly at my party yesterday (16th February 2019 Sanderson Hall, Mickleham Road, St Paul's Cray, Kent, BR5 2RW). Everyone had a great time, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. You helped to make the organising of the evening so straightforward which was much appreciated! Kind regards Rachel Haig 17th February 2019"

"Thank you so much for coming to play with 'Sounds Interesting' for our 'Sotto il maestro' concert in Ludlow on Saturday. You did a wonderful job in very uncomfortable conditions and I really appreciated your professionalism, skill and goodwill. I particularly enjoyed the spirited accompaniment of the Schubert Mass which really captured the joyful character of this work. Joan Palmer was moved to tears by the performance of 'Upon Clee Hill' so thank you for making her 80th birthday a special occasion. All the best for your forthcoming performances and I hope we can work together again soon.
