"Dear Anne, I thought the orchestra was great, especially the strings. Overall they sounded great and there have been many many positive comments!  It is is a really complex work and there were some wonderful moments. Your violin solo was wonderful and during that whole section the orchestra really captured the mood.  The Prelude was everything that I wanted it to be and the big moments were absolutely thrilling.  The orchestra was great to work with and sounded great. The sonority of Elgar's full orchestration was self-evident. The best range of dynamics I have experienced from them - ever! It is so good to welcome a lot of the same players back over and over again.  Please thank the players for me! "

"We booked the string duo for our small wedding to play the ceremony and drinks reception. They were absolutely fantastic! There was good communication prior to the event and they were very accommodating with song choices. During the event they bravely played during some questionable weather under a parasol. They played beautifully and adapted seamlessly to ceremony timings. Thank you so much for making our day!"

They very helpful in advising and choosing the repertoire for their performance, which went fantastic! . My mum and the audience were absolutely thrilled! "Verified I couldn't recommend anyone better than The Element String Quartet, they were absolutely perfect and made our wedding ceremony feel just that bit more special. Throughout the whole process they were extremely communicative and accommodating, everything was very clear and explained in detail. We asked them to learn a specific (and quite obscure!) song with little notice and they were able to put together an arrangement for us in time. The only thing I regret is that I wasn't able to watch them play myself as I was walking down the aisle! All our guests commented on how superb they were. Thank you so much to Caroline and the group!"
