"Sarah is a brilliant singer and friendly and lovely person. Her voice and choice of songs gave my event a very atmospheric relaxed happy feel. Her jukebox playlist on a QR code is genius. She left cards on each table so my guests could make song choices through the evening. I would highly recommend her and use her at future events I hope. Thanks Sarah!"

"Sending you and The Carabana Steel Band members a very big thank for playing at the company’s Caribbean Event. You all added the special Caribbean touch to the evening, which was loved by all who attended the evening. The tunes and different melodies of rhythms was totally outstanding, the feedback has been extremely breath taking [Amazing, Fantastic, so Diverse with the tunes, an amazing trio] We are going to carry on practising our Limbo technique. Lol.. Once again thank you all."

"Having seen the StereoBeats perform before, we knew what we were getting but you surpassed expectations and impress many of our guests who claimed that you were the best wedding band they had seen. We really appreciated you overcoming the challenges you faced (I hope that your vocalist is back to full health) and putting on the show that you did. The evening was perfectly paced with the ceilidh perfectly punctuating the covers. We think that the ceilidh was enjoyed by all, especially as it was called to allow everyone to participate - one of our pregnant guests came back from a nap especially to see the Strip the Willow! Please also extend our thanks to the cover vocalist - he did a great job and helped keep us all bouncing."

"The Spectrum are a fantastic band that really made our reception! We can't recommend them enough. Communication from them was excellent, and everything they promised turned true on the day. Both young and old guests were heading to the dancefloor where we sang and bounced up and down all night! They are really friendly too and incredibly easy going but professional in their approach. The sets they played had lots of our requests and felt really personal to us. I wouldn't hesitate in booking them again! "

"JBMAC provided amazing music for my garden party. Nora can sing pretty much anything and has an outstanding voice. Josh was mesmerising on the drums and had everyone moving to the beat! In fact everyone was dancing and had a fabulous time - even the neighbours wanted more! Would thoroughly recommend them for any event as they take time to learn about your likes and customise the set in line with the event and your needs."

"Hi David! I wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you! You were all incredible and hugely talented. Our guests could not stop talking about you at our pool party the next day. From only realising 'At Last' was being sung live - it sounded so like the recording, to the lively aperitivo and the stunning sax - what a talent! The dance floor was never empty. "Bessie’s life in blues brought back to life. Some performers deserve to be known by more than their work. Bessie Smith won fame as Empress of the Blues in the 1020’s, but there was more to her life than money and fame. She died in 1937, but 80 years on a good sized crowd were held rapt at the Thunderbolt as Dave Merrick narrated her life story, from a ragged upbringing in the American South, with the help of original recordings. Bessie shot to fame because her unique vocal style could cut through the limitations of 1920s recording technology. But it was the live performances the Totterdown audience were waiting for, and Natalie Davis on vocals, with Dave on guitar and Brenan Whitmore on saxophone did not disappoint. Renditions of I Need A Little Sugar in my Bowl, and ‘Taint Nobodies Business If I Do made the magic of Bessie shine, from the slow paced blues of the 1920s to the syncopated swing of the 1930. . the show had the audience rapt. - Paul Breeden, South Bristol Voice (May 01, 2017)"

Ian coordinated the guests ready for the big surprise with absolute professionalism, continuing to keep everyone on the dance floor throughout the night!
