Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"Viewpoint recently played at our wedding reception and they were absolutely incredible! We already knew they were all extremely talented musicians, but they blew us away on the day. We were so impressed with how they engaged with our wedding party, how well they had rehearsed and performed their set, and also, how much fun our guests had with their performances throughout the evening. Every practical and musical detail was thought of, and the band (especially Sam), created such a light-hearted, welcoming space for our guests to celebrate with us. They were well equipped and rehearsed - we didn’t have any issues on the day whatsoever. The band provided their own lights, all programmed in a specific design for each songs which added so much to the overall atmosphere. We were able to liaise with the band beforehand to adapt the set with a few of our own preferences. They even learned the song we wanted for our first dance so that we didn’t just have to play it from our own mp3 device. We could not recommend them more highly!"

"From start to finish, working with Edina was such a joy. The booking process was so smooth and simple and on the day De Fuego completely exceeded our expectations. The music was fabulous! It was so much fun - the videos on YouTube don't do you justice! It was absolutely perfect for our wedding reception, we had guest after guest ask where we had managed to find two such talented and unique people. You had people dancing at 2pm in the afternoon! The music was one of the standout points of the day and De Fuego completely read their audience, playing songs that everyone enjoyed. Thanks for making our wedding very different and very fun. Your music really started the day off well and I'm so glad that we found you."

From our very first call, I felt the energy was exactly right, you immediately understood what we were trying to create and came back with great options on how to deliver it in a way that felt authentic. "Where to begin....we absolutely, ABSOLUTELY loved having you guys. Even though the guests took a life time to warm up and dance, they had nothing but love for you guys. Honestly, think the heat was putting people off dancing. We really enjoyed what we heard of your set and our Dads especially loved you guys. "For the evening celebrations, we had an INCREDIBLE zaffa. The Baladi Zaffa Band were another highlight of the day with our guests remarking how they’d never heard a zaffa so unique before – even our non-Arabic friends have been saying how much they want to incorporate a zaffa procession into their wedding, all thanks to Guy!"
