"The Duo played at our daughter's wedding recently and we were so thrilled with our choice of musicians. They were so accommodating and professional. The music was incredibly beautiful and added to the romantic atmosphere of the day. So if you are considering the Chapel Hill Duo for your special occasion we absolutely recommend them. "I shared my retirement party with Alison and agree with all of her positive comments. One friend said "I had a fantastic time and even managed with my two left feet to join in!" It was exactly what I wanted, an evening full of fun with everybody mingling and joining in together. I would highly recommend 'Blue Jewel' if you want a lively and energetic night. Anna (Paignton)"

"Thank you so much for the lovely music you and the band played at my dad’s 80th Birthday. All the guest including dad really enjoyed it. It was very classy and contributed to a very elegant evening. You and your other band members were so lovely to deal with and I would definitely hire you again as well as recommend you to anyone you wants to hire a steel band - I have passed your number on to a few people now. Your professionalism was second to none and I really enjoyed your company. I felt the music selection was perfect and beautifully played by you and the band. I did however, get a bit of a backlash from a few guests who felt I should have hired you for the whole night, but we will consider that for next time. "‘She’s Electric’ played at our wedding this year and were amazing! They knew exactly what the vibe was and tailored their songs to suit everyone, building up to the point that everyone was dancing! They are clearly both very talented and we could not have asked for a better way to celebrate into the evening with our guests. Everyone commented on how perfect the songs were and they obviously know which ones to play to get everyone involved! We cannot recommend them enough, thank you!"

"The Confidential played at a corporate function which I organised for a company celebrating 15 years of business. They hit the tone of the evening spot on, playing music that complemented the event and added great atmosphere. Chris and Lottie were a valued addition to the evening and I would definitely hire them again and also recommend them to anyone else needing a duo/band for a corporate event."
