"Rebecca, our Harpist, was fantastic. Played beautifully and looked stunning. We had to leave for photos and missed some of our favourite songs and she even stayed late to play especially for us (bride and groom). Love her, love the music, loved the service! 10/10. Highly recommend."

"We booked Dance District for our annual Christmas Ball and I cannot recommend them enough! Great communication in the lead up to the event, turned up as planned and nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to have them for two fantastic sets with the vocals and saxophone being a real highlight. Worth noting they were also a lovely bunch! 10/10, would have them back in a heartbeat."

"It has been my Fortune to have witnessed the Fantastic 'Phenomenon' that is Funk It Up! at many a Function. They are Furiously Funky, Fabulously Fun, and, and.... and....OK I've run out of F words? If you haven't seen them, WHY NOT??? They're the tightest funk band for many a mile, perhaps in the world ??❤️"

"We hired the Marvellous Souls for our wedding evening. One of our biggest concerns when wedding planning was that no one would be dancing on the dance floor. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The dance floor was full all night thanks to the amazing talent and engagement from the band. Each member is incredible at what they do and they are such genuine lovely people. We went with the 6 piece band and it was a perfect dynamic, the band played so well together. We also hired the DJ who created a great atmosphere before the band and kept everyone dancing after the band finished. The wedding venue even said it’s the best band they have ever had at the venue! The communication prior to the wedding was first class and we were immediately put at ease and felt well taken care of. They were very organised, professional and everything went very smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would 100% recommend booking The Marvellous souls if you are looking for talented musicians, a good time and professionalism! Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable and fun! "

"Excellent singer / harpist, very friendly & willing to please. A pleasure to have at our event & would book again. My only small negative comment is when she turned to talk to the guests, her microphone is too directional & many people could not hear every word."

"These guys are excellent. We had them sing at the start of our reception and then DJ till the end. Voices are amazing and had everyone dancing till the end of the night. Could not recommend then enough thanks for a great night."

"We had an amazing evening and you guys were fantastic! The band really delivered - you did an amazing job at rallying the crowd and played some belters to keep the dancefloor busy the whole night! We especially appreciated you taking requests from the guests and got some really positive feedback from them afterwards about you all. A few highlights included The Killers - Mr. Brightside which we reminisced with grins on our faces whilst on our honeymoon at a dive bar in Las Vegas where pictures of the band adorned the walls and the song came over the speakers; James - Sit Down which really got the guests involved; and finishing with Neil Diamond - one of my all-time favourites! You were brilliant too in the build up - with great communication and going above and beyond to make the process as stress free as possible. "Good Morning Suzanna, I am sorry that I have not dropped you a line before but I have been very busy catching up on things I neglected in the run up to the Standish evening. Just to say thanks to you and all the band for helping to make a great evening. Compliments from residents and friends, on the evening as a whole and the band in particular, have been universal. It was wonderful to see the community have such a good time and for the event to be so inclusive for all age groups. In addition we made @£1,000 for the Church so not bad for a first attempt. "Had the pleasure of seeing Mike at the Spanish Caravan & was blown away by his talent. Mike is an amazing guitarist with a fabulous voice and the gift to really engage the audience by asking for requests of all genres of music and then fulfilling their requests with his own renditions which didn’t disappoint. His original music is excellent and I’m hoping for an opportunity to see him play again very soon. He’s a fabulous local talent."

"Very many thanks for your excellent playing on Saturday night. Everyone appreciated it and it made sure we all enjoying the evening. Thank you too for the CDs. I will have my first taste of listening this evening on a long drive I need to do – it will be good to be transported into that marvellous music. "Bradley played the piano at an evening drinks reception on 15 June 2017 to mark our firm’s 20 year anniversary. His choice of background pop and light jazz piano produced a wonderful musical backdrop and atmosphere. Bradley was a complete star and I’d highly recommend him."

"Chris and Shakers Gold were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. No request was too much and the dance floor was full the entire night - a testament to how great they were! We'd definitely recommend them to all of our friends."
