"Flux Ensemble were the perfect addition to our wedding day. From booking through to the end of the event, they went above and beyond to facilitate our wishes. They not only learnt new songs but also arranged pieces of music just for us. The guests all loved their performance and we had so many comments about how well they complimented our day. We could not be more thankful to the team and would hire them again in a second."

"I would really recommend JBMAC as a wedding band. My husband and I met them at a family members’ wedding last summer and were absolutely blown away by them - we had initially decided not to have a wedding band but seeing JBMAC perform was enough to change our minds. Nora and the gang kept the dance floor lively all night, which was something I was worried about. Nora’s vocals are amazing, and the saxophonist really added something special. What’s amazing about these guys is they get involved with everyone on the dance floor which just adds to the party atmosphere. Thankyou JBMAC for an unforgettable wedding reception ✨🪩"

"Cocktail Jazz learned 3 requested songs to play during our wedding ceremony and they were played so, so well. They then played during the drinks reception that followed and again the got the atmosphere just right. Well done guys!"

"Royal String Ensemble played at our wedding ceremony at Gaynes Park, in Epping Forest on the 3rd of January 2017. The group were absolutely fantastic, many of my guests came up to me in the reception to comment and how good they were. The band were highly professional and very attentive to my ideas, they were happy to mix their conventional classical music pieces with some modern pop songs I had selected. The band met with me prior to my wedding day for an initial consultation to discuss what I'd like on the day, the format, theme of the wedding etc., they then provided me with some ideas of music that they had played at other weddings and were always extremely responsive to my emails. In particular the band really stood out and went the extra mile by kindly agreeing accompany my brother and sister (both amateur guitar and drum players) in playing a song at our wedding. This involved them re-writing the sheet music in the correct key, meeting with my brother and sister one evening to rehearse the song, and then arriving at the ceremony earlier than usual to rehearse with my brother/sister before the start of the ceremony. They are a fantastic group and I am sure they will have a hugely successful future ahead of them, they certainly made my wedding ceremony very special and unique, as one of my guests said when describing their music "they are certainly one to remember.""

Their music was perfect for our get together and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any occasion where smooth jazz, mixed with a few standards, was the order of the day. "Brilliant band and 100% recommend!!! We had them for our wedding in Somerset. Great communication, played all of the type of music we requested, they got everyone up dancing (and laughing with their sense of humour) and it was all done in a professional way. "Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"The emeralds were absolutely amazing. Having them there made the day that much special. Everyone loved the steel band and had people up and dancing. From the shirts to the song choices, everything was just so great. We want to say thank you from all of us and bringing so much fun to the wedding. "Another musician recommended Rachel, and I'm so pleased that he did! Rachel was joined by Matt Coyte (percussion), and their duo was perfect for our mini festival. The music was mainly fairly recent covers, 90's/00's, from Pink to Katy Perry to Snow Patrol. They turned up on time, very friendly and professional. They were very accommodating to our guests - from kids having a sing along on their mic, to well oiled grown ups joining them too! The booking process and communications before hand were easy - all over email, and very efficient. Absolutely 10/10 - we will book for next year if we can! Thanks Rachel!"
