Review Centre: Function Bands

"We booked these guys for our wedding at Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe in October 2021. Booking them was so easy and they were great to work with and always accommodating, even after our first wedding date had to be postponed because of Covid. Their repertoire is extensive and yet despite this they were prepared to learn some new songs for our wedding if needed. They arrived on time and set up without any fuss or drama - all thoroughly professional......then they started playing!!! Wow! Now I play in a semi-pro band and like to think we are pretty decent, but these guys were just on a different level. Great song choices, fantastic musicianship, great energy and rapport with the crowd - they were amazing. That view is shared by all the guests who attended. The music was spot on and the fact we managed to get everyone up dancing including the teenagers was an added bonus!! "Jacarandas Band played at the evening reception for our wedding back in August and wow the guys are so talented!!! We wanted dancing all night long which is exactly what we got with the floor fillers that where constantly played not a single guest was sat down, I would say it was more like a concert😆 Every guest has complimented how amazing the band were and a side from great singers and musicians the guys are lovely which makes all the difference. So easy to communicate with and very professional, thanks again for the best day ever! Mr & Mrs Bennett ❤️"

"We had Flynn and Tonics play at our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! The band created the most incredible atmosphere — the dance floor was full all night, and everyone loved them. David, the band leader, could not have been more helpful from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The music was fantastic, and their energy really made the night unforgettable. We’ve had so many guests tell us how brilliant the band were. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and would recommend Flynn and Tonics to anyone looking for a fun, talented, and professional wedding band!"

"Without a doubt a must have for your wedding or Party! The spectrum never fail to amaze us at how brilliant their music is, having played at my mums 50th, sisters 21st and our Wedding in June they still surprise us each time with how fab they are !And now all booked up for my sisters wedding . Really lovely down to earth guys who are so approachable with any request and we loved their version of our first dance by Paolo Nutini. Guaranteed to get the party started and the dance floor full thank you guys you finished off our day perfectly . Looking forward to Decembers dancing. X"

"When we were looking for the band for our wedding, we wanted a band that had a wide variety of songs from different eras in their repertoire with the ability to perform big powerful ballads and that is exactly what we go with W!RED. As soon as we heard Sue’s incredible voice. We knew they were the band for us and booked them. As soon as we got a couple of months of the wedding I dropped Sue a message. She called me back and was really helpful and reassuring and put me in touch with another member of the band Martin. We arranged a call to go over the details. Martin was friendly and welcoming straight away. Never having booked a band before we didn’t know how much or how little we’d need to be involved, but Martin simply went through a few details with us and then handled the rest. Prior to our wedding Martin took the trouble to edit a pre-recorded dedication. Together with our choice of first dance songs, so that it all went smoothly on the night. He also sent over their set list so we could make some requests. On the night, the band set-up quickly and without fuss and had a playlist on as early as they could to get our guests warmed up. Martin had a quick chat with me about timings for the evening for our cake cutting and first dance, then as soon as that was complete they went straight into their sets and had everyone up on the dance floor for the rest of the night, even finishing with a couple of encores. They were then good enough to leave a playlist running whilst they packed away. Meaning that we had music right up to the end of the evening. Everybody in the band was friendly and helpful. Particularly Martin. That’s not to mention that they are also frankly brilliant at what they do. Sues’s voice is incredible and recordings we heard before as good as they are don’t do it justice. Many guest commented on how much they enjoyed the performance. They even got the seal of approval from a few people I know who are musically hard to please. A brilliant night, enhanced by W!RED. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone "

"I was the Producer on Bobby and Cameron`s debut music video. The duo`s passion for what they do is so contagious that there was no way of not getting on board for their project. I do believe the boys have a star-like characteristics and they will go far. I absolutely loved working with them - from their professionalism pre, during and post filming as performers, to the music they make and the positivity they approach everything with, they make the top of my list with people I'd work with again (and believe me, the list is long)."
