"Simon is a brilliant musician and one of the nicest chaps you can hope to meet – I loved a wedding reception where his music kept us all on the dance floor! It works brilliantly when he goes acoustic and solo too. Would highly recommend."

"Fantastic party band . Saw them at the Pink ball and the dance floor was full all night long. The choice of music they do suits all tastes and ages. "We hired Unwritten Duo to perform at a Private house/Garden Party for my parents wedding anniversary. She turned up on time with all her own gear, set up without fuss, and was really professional. She did 2 sets, interacted with guests and reacted to the audience, mood well and really made the party. Excellent singer and vocals with a brilliant personality. Definitely recommend her and will consider using her again. Andy Moore "

"After looking for a band for a 30th Birthday party I found and hired The Fireflies and all I can say is they did not disappoint!! From booking to end their contact with me was very good, they arrived on time on the night and were very friendly and polite. Before, in between and after their sets they played music which was a good selection to keep the party going but the best part was The Fireflies themselves! They were BRILLIANT!!! All the guests have been saying how good they were and that they really enjoyed them, The Fireflies even learnt a new song for us as we liked it so much and they smashed it! Would 100% recommend to anyone and would 100% hire them again myself, I also loved the fact that they come off of their set and interact with all the guests while singing to make everyone feel involved. Overall a massive 5/5 from us! Thank you Ian and the rest of The Fireflies for making our night soo good, literally cannot thank you enough!"

"The kind of talented, young band it’s impossible not to like. Breezing through a tight set, they looked sharp, totally confident in their ability to entertain & sounded as tight as drum. The Who’s My Generation was a great final number - the quality of their music doing all the talking, to whatever generation audience."
