"Thanks to you and your fellow band members for helping us have such a wonderful time on Saturday at Ruth and Luke's wedding. As we get back to normal my wife, Ros and I just wanted to say thanks. Ruth and Luke have escaped to the sun for a short break but I know they were very pleased with the whole day."

"We had the most amazing and magical day. It was overwhelming to be surrounded by people who we love and who had all gone to huge effort to celebrate with us especially so close to Christmas. You all made the day amazing! There are so many people to thank for all of their help on the lead up, on the day and afterwards. "God gave you voices and boy.... do you know how to use them! You set the mood just wonderfully. "We booked 106 Miles to Chicago DUO and DJ's for one of our Christmas parties (6 weeks of parties with a different theme for each) and it sold out quicker than all the others. I couldn't believe the gear that they bought with them. Most bands just turn up and play, but Andy and Chris bought backdrops, props, a DJ booth and lights and made it look brilliant! Our guests were up and dancing almost immediately, and stayed up and dancing all night! Never seen that before! A fantastic night and a brilliant act."

"Straight Up were beyond brilliant as the evening entertainment for our wedding. The dance floor was full the entire time and we had so many comments about how brilliant they were - their manager was great at communicating in the run up to the event and they were willing to tweak the set list so it was perfect for our friends and family! Would thoroughly recommend. "

"My wife and I heard The Full Beans at a friend’s wedding and felt they would be perfect for my Oktoberfest themed 30th birthday. They did not disappoint and were arguably even better than we remember. The two sets they played went down and absolute treat, the songs they played were a brilliant take on the originals, that got everyone up dancing and singing along, there were definitely no shortage of people on the dance floor. Jake, who helped organise, was really helpful and was always quick to respond to my emails. I would happily recommend them to anyone who wants a really good knees up! Thanks again, was cracking!"

"Wow - what a night! Andy and Chris did an amazing job and got everyone up and dancing. For the first set, we had the Blues Brothers tribute and for the second set we had the Ska tribute - really took me back! Danced until my feet hurt but loved every second of it. And when they had finished singing, Andy DJ'd the rest of the night. Really excellent job Andy and Chris. Can highly recommend these guys. Very entertaining and very professional. Our party guests haven't stopped talking about what a great night they had and it made Hubby's Birthday. Thanks again."

"Absolutely loved this band, for a Sunday night wedding they really kept the dancefloor going and we had so many comments saying how wonderful they were....even from the hotel staff who have seen their fair share of wedding bands. "Soul Generations were absolutely fantastic at our wedding. Their repertoire was interesting and varied, so it was easy to select a really good set list together. Rhona, their manager, got in touch about a month before and asked if we wanted the band to learn something new for the first dance, which we thought was incredibly thoughtful. On the day, the band absolutely smashed it - from beginning to end. Their versions of each song was original, cool and on point. Nearly everyone asked where we had found the band, and said they were absolutely the best they'd heard. We loved every minute. Thank you!! X"

"Swinging like a barn door in a Texas breeze, the album shows the tightness of a band that have spent many years on the road. An established favourite on the jazz and nostalgia circuit, this well respected and popular five piece have evolved a contemporary style from a mash up of genres from the early 20th century...Cool jazz guitar, bass driven swing, excellent dobro, evocative harmonica and smokey vocal tones, velvet dipped in bourbon. Material is varied and well chosen, a souvenir from stage from one of the best live jazz-lite bands on the circuit."
