"Simply an awesome band who were easy to deal with and great comms leading up to the big day. On the night they had everyone dancing and after the day all our guest said they had the best day so thank you to Gavin and the team. We would recommend and will also get out to see them perform again at public gigs!!"

"Our Vintage singer Rose went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and tailor make our day to suit our audience. Rose had the most incredible voice and great repertoire. She was SO professional and delightful in appearance & very friendly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone one looking for a vintage singer."

"The Weegie Beats played at our wedding in July this year. They played at both the ceremony and drinks reception and were amazing! They were great in the lead up to the wedding and learned all the songs that we wanted to have for our special day! Could not recommend them enough"!"

"This band were amazing and I am posting this review because I truly would recommend them to others. They played at our wedding and provided a 2 or so hour set. The thing I loved about them the most is they bought their own style to well known songs and were able to keep the crowd engaged and entertained! I would like to thank the band again for being part of our day!"

You perfectly captured the mood of the day and everyone said how much they enjoyed the saxophone music. I only wish Luke and I could have stayed longer! "Small Days guitarist Dave Merrick was the master of ceremonies, with vocalist Natalie Davies and sax player Brendan Whitmore joining him for the live songs. Dave unfolded the story at a well-judged pace, with records of Bessie Smith’s evocative voice even drawing applause from the attentive audience whenever they were included. The live contribution was important, too, and Natalie wisely steered away from imitating Bessie’s full-throated contralto to emphasis the singer’s lyrics with an upbeat swing on numbers like Need A Little Sugar and Send Me To The Electric Chair. Brendan Whitmore switched between soprano and tenor sax, the former particularly eloquent on Need A Little Sugar, the latter coming to the fore on T’Aint Nobody’s Business If I Do. All in all it was a satisfying journey through blues history with one of the great women who made the music what it became.
