"The RockPins played at my 50th party and, from the kids to the aunties, managed to get everyone up, dancing and having a great time. Not only was the music fantastic, full of fun and energy, but the whole band were a pleasure to have with us. Very responsive throughout booking, arrived and set up on time, and played a massive part in us all having a cracking night. Thanks again, Joel."

"We could not be happier with Kirsty's DJ skills at our wedding. We had a playlist of tunes we wanted to hear during the evening celebration and they were all played, skilfully mixed with selected tunes by Kirsty. The effect was absolutely what we'd hoped for and even with a guests ages ranging from 3-80+ the dance floor was the busiest spot in the venue on the night. Well done Kirsty, your skills helped make the night a memorable one and many of guests commented very favourably so. "

"I saw these guys at a friends birthday party, I've got to be honest I wasn't that sure that a acoustic duo would be the best for a party, but they proved me wrong, everyone was bopping along, I wish I could play and sing like that. Throughly recommend them, and I shall be having them at my 50th for sure."

"It was an excellent night, everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the band. Wonderful music, really talented musicians, and just the right blend of hits to get people on the dance floor. It was just a shame the early curfew for the venue otherwise I think people would have happily partied the night away dancing as you played. "

"If you are thinking of hiring these guys, don't hesitate!!! They will MAKE your night. I can't recommend them enough. Lovely lads. Fantastic sets. Keep an eye on these lads, they are going far, had so much more to offer than other bands we looked at. So glad we booked them. "Working with Lara and the girls in Hope String Quartet has been an absolute pleasure. Having contacted LIPA to enquire about availability of students, Lara from Hope String Quartet, was very prompt in responding with video footage and a bio. The Telegraph Cruise & Travel Show was a two day event at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 10-4pm on Sunday. As the only string quartet at the event, it was quite demanding on the girls to play across both days with 1-1.5hrs sessions on a tight schedule. Their performances were fantastic and provided our visitors with a relaxing and intimate atmosphere within our Cream Tea Experience. We have received many lovely comments from our visitors since the show, and I would highly recommend Hope String Quartet for any event that requires a classy and sophisticated musical accompaniment. "

"Jukebox Brass promised to get our guests on their feet and they certainly did exactly that! They were professional from start to finish. The whole room was filled with guests dancing and singing along to their incredibly talented sounds, most guests even stated this band was the best part of the event. I would highly recommend booking them!"

"Gary and I would like to thank you for your exquisite performance at our wedding (Cameron House, 17th June). Indeed, during the day, we received lots of compliments about your playing, from our guests. Some even asked how we’d found you, whilst others commented on how refreshing it was to have harp music at our wedding! I hope you realise how much we enjoyed it even though we didn’t hear as much as everyone else. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank you for the time you spent going through music with my parents and I. I’m sure you know that our knowledge of harp music is somewhat limited, and the time you spent with us was a great help in helping us decide the type of music I wanted played. Your professionalism and competence (not to mention friendliness) shone through and more than allayed my fears. I was pleased that you were to play at our special day!"

"We had a joint 50th & 80th birthday party. Black Velvet were fantastic. Great musicians and made the Barn dance run smoothly. We had ages from 5 to 80 and they tailored everything perfectly. Made it a birthday to remember."

"AN AMAZING BAND!! From the booking process (and changing the booking on two occasions due to covid) through to the evening of our wedding I cannot put into words how amazing they have been. When organising a wedding the last thing you want is stress and the band put me at ease so much by having everything sorted, responding quickly and being so patient with our adhoc requests. So many our guests have said how amazing the band were on the evening of our wedding and this means so much to us creating lifelong memories. They managed to get all our guests dancing and we are so excited to see our wedding video. The band even went out of their way to learn songs that meant something special to us. I really do recommend this band as they will 100% live up to all expectations. Thanks again to Luke and the Embassy Band :)!! "
