"Latina Festivale gave a great performance – was versatile and worked alongside the samba dancers to give a great evening’s entertainment. He was a great addition to the ‘Latino’ room. It was nice of him to leave us a play set when he finished playing live."

"Thank you so much for playing on my wedding day. Your playing (and professionalism) made such a difference to my entrance and day. You even mesmerised the children too! I would definitely recommend you playing at a wedding or any other event. I also thank you for helping with arranging my favourite songs and for your help with selecting music when I ran out of choices. Out of all the people we dealt with for our wedding arrangements you were the easiest and most helpful. Thanks again! "

"Great jazz trio! Chris was very quick to respond via email and very accommodating, even when we had to change the date of our event at the last minute. Punctual and very friendly, everyone loved their band at the event. I would definitely book them again in the future."

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio provided a brilliant ceilidh for our wedding celebrations at Goldney Hall, Bristol on 12 August 2017. What a fantastic evening! The band entertained our hardy Scottish guests with well-known Scottish dances but it was most enjoyable to see English friends and family ceilidh dancing for the first time and loving it! The dances were called very clearly and were quite ambitious so there was much hilarity. It was infectious fun and everyone got involved. (The dance floor was almost too small!) Mike and the band were extremely accommodating, professional and enthusiastic. The band has a huge repertoire and organised the evening flawlessly, from our first dance (Gay Gordons) to the throwing of the bouquet and the final Circassian Circle. Highly recommended. Thanks again for a fantastic evening of fun!"

"Had the absolute pleasure of working with Shakers Gold at Believe Christmas Parties throughout the first three weeks of December. So impressed with how professional, friendly and helpful they were in the build-up to the event and throughout - nothing was too much trouble and their main priority was our guests and ensuring that they had the best experience possible, which helped in putting our minds at ease during a very stressful period. Very engaging and a huge hit with our guests (proven by a full dance floor every evening!) Would definitely recommend for any event where a fantastic live band is needed. "I booked the Polka Dot Peaches - and it was so successful, my guests absolutely loved them! They are helpful but most importantly very professional. Highly recommend them for parties and events. Super nice girls, great music."
