Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"Just wanted to say how much my family and I LOVED the band on Saturday. Not only were they wonderful musicians they were wonderful people too and they really helped make it such a special night for me, my sisters and my parents. The cover of their first dance wedding song was so beautiful and all the other songs they played really added to the momentum and general atmosphere of the night. They were also so accommodating letting us use the mic for our speech and really interacted well with the guests at the end to get people involved and dancing. We gushed this drunkenly to them all on the night, but please pass on a genuine thanks from me and my family! I also wanted to thank you both for being so ready to answer emails, questions, and even phone calls from me in the lead-up to the party. It's all been so hassle-free thanks to you both! Thanks again for making a memorable event that much more of a success. "

"I was a little nervous as one of the singers pulled out last minute, however you reassured me the replacement would be just as good. Wow did you find a gem! Both singers were outstanding. Myself and our friends are musicians too. You guys are fantastic. Thank you for making us feel at ease at such short notice and putting on a great show! "

"Kiki and her ‘Mumager’ are absolutely wonderful. Nothing too much trouble for our wedding. We had Kiki sing at the ceremony and then 2 sets after at the drinks reception joined by a sax player. Our requests were met with enthusiasm and excitement, great communication and what a voice. Lots of people commented on her extraordinary vocals. So pleased we found her on hitched."

"Thanks so much to all The Shakesters for such a brilliant evenings entertainment. A really nice bunch of guys that seemed to enjoy themselves as much as we did, as we danced the night away. "Awesome! Hired the Rockabeats to give my mate a memorable stag do and they did not disappoint! Their repertoire was great and they were flexible on the playlist, even learning a couple of extra songs to make my friend's party even more memorable for him. Brilliant on the night and would definitely recommend and hire again! "

"Hi Anne, my apologies for not getting in touch sooner but just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you so much for playing at our wedding!! It sounded incredible and really suited the surrounds, my only regret is as myself and Emma were outside for a large period of the drinks reception, we didn't get to hear more but we had some lovely comments from guests. "We booked The Hot Hats for our joint 60th Birthday party on 7th March 2020. The Hot Hats were consummate professionals from the moment we contacted Alfie to make inquiries to the moment they set up and started to play at our party. Their guitar playing and singing were absolutely fantastic, as well as their DJ-ing, and our party would not have been the same without them. A number of our guests asked us how and where we had discovered them and could not believe it when we told them we had found their website on Google! We would not hesitate in recommending The Hot Hats for any occasion, whether it be a small gathering or a large party – they are perfect for any celebration! We would certainly ask The Hot Hats to play at another event of ours… maybe our joint 70th?"

"I just wanted to thank you all so very much for playing so incredibly beautifully for us on Saturday night.  I have been inundated with messages about the extraordinary quality of your music, and the virtuosity of your musicianship - they were so surprised to find that in the middle of a Devon field! I am sorry that I got the set up with the yurt and the fire a little wrong, and thank you for being game enough to emerge from the tent and lead the dancing around the fire.  Amazing and unforgettable.   So many people have asked me what language you sang in; I had the impression that perhaps it was more than one? I would love to know, so that I can pass it on.   Once again thank you to all four of you, and to your contribution to a completely extraordinary evening.  I am so glad you had a comfortable night at Jenny's and hope your journey home was not too troublesome - I know the traffic can be a bit challenging on the M5 but it sounds like you set off early enough to miss the worst of it.  Everyone was only sorry that there was no opportunity to chat with you all, as well as have the lovely experience of listening to your music.   Many thanks again and best wishes.
