"We hired Midnight Sun in April and we can't wait to welcome them back this weekend and then July too! Lovely guys and a brilliant band. Hit after hit - our customers had a great evening so we had no doubt in booking them again immediately for future events."

"We recently had The Fortes perform at our Wedding. WOW, what an amazing band! Although certain restrictions were in place, James and the band made it so special. On the night we decided we wanted the band to just do one long set rather than two which was no trouble for them, thank you for accommodating our wishes. They played a whole mix of amazing songs that everyone loved from start to finish, from Queen to The Killers. Guests were entertained and commenting so positively on our choice of band. The DJ hand all requests asked and kept the "dance floor" (thanks covid) moving all night with some amazing mixing. To conclude, we really couldn't have asked for a nicer set of people to be part of our Wedding, the service from start to finish was second to none and we had nothing to worry about, James even kept our spirits high throughout all the uncertainty Covid brought to our Wedding. 100% recommended you won't be in the slightest bit disappointed."

"Thank you so much for playing our wedding, you guys were f**king fantastic. I cannot stress enough how well the band went down with everyone. We had a few people asking who you guys were at the end and on Sunday so hopefully you’ll get some more gigs through that. It was really cool to have you there and we hope you enjoyed the wedding as much as we did and thank you also for throwing in that James Bond cover and also letting Tristan play his thing (of which I remember very little!) Honestly you all killed it."

"MATFIN provided the entertainment at our charity ball in Plymouth. From the very first contact they were super helpful and extremely professional. Everything literally was Covered. Matt (bandleader) is super quick to respond to enquiries and could not be more helpful. On the night of the event they were set up and ready to go early and on hand to enable us to use their PA for announcements. Once they took the stage the floor immediately filled and stayed like that throughout the evening. A collection of songs to suit everyone with extremely high standards of musicianship throughout the band. MATIFN were a crucial part of making our event such a success. Thank you MATFIN. We highly recommend you to anyone looking to put on a successful event."

We were hugely impressed with the band and particularly loved the choice of covers you played, from soul to disco to rock, the songs went down so well with everyone, evident by the packed dance floor! "Matt, We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all the band. We absolutely loved having you be able to play our first song, we hope you have enjoyed playing it too! It is just such a catchy version. Your range of songs kept all our guests happy, and for that we thank you all. We had a lot of comments from our guests about how great you were throughout the evening and into the following morning. "We picked Phunk Pilots after seeing them at another wedding the previous year and really liked their set. They were really professional with communication and very understanding about the many date changes because of Covid! Their performance at our wedding was absolutely brilliant and got everyone up and dancing, we had such a great time. We also loved being able to choose our first dance and have them prepare and perform it live. Such a great touch. Thanks again....We'd definitely book you again!"
