"We hired ‘Kitty Galactic’ for our wedding reception & they really made the party! Great communications with Tim the drummer in the lead up to the event ensured everything ran smoothly on the night. The sets consisted of a number of funk/soul classics plus some more up-to-date pop tunes - perfect for a wedding party. It's always a good sign when the dance floor is rammed & it was for the duration of the sets. Thanks guys & I will be strongly recommending you to others! "

"Kitty Galactic played for our first ever social event for postgraduate researchers (PhD students) at the University of Exeter. A group of people that barely knew each other, and by the end were standing in a circle holding hands and singing along with the band! Kitty Galactic were amazing, provided a great music and created an amazing atmosphere. They made the event! "

"These guys are incredible. Music is really important to us generally and given we had a festival themed wedding it was even more important to find the perfect band. We spent hours scrolling through bands trying to find what we wanted and it was so worth it to find them. The musical talent of all the band is phenomenal and made such a professional set - we had so many comments about how great they were and I think there will be a few more bookings for them on the back of their performance. We sent them a video of how we wanted our first dance song to be performed and they absolutely nailed the brief. They were also really helpful in planning as we had another band in the afternoon and they were really accommodating of how we made that work to ensure a smooth transition. I can't recommend them highly enough. I nearly ran over when they were finishing up to ask if we could pay them more to stay longer - they made the evening party exactly what we had wanted, cannot recommend them highly enough."

"We have just got back from honeymoon and I just wanted to say a big thank you for playing at our wedding. They were everything I had hoped for and we absolutely loved them - for us they ended our wedding day perfectly - I wish we had an excuse to hire them again!! The dance floor was always full and it pained me when I had to leave for a second - trying to look like a picture perfect bride went out the window completely! Luke went from holding the train of my dress at the start of the day to pulling me back on the dance floor by it by at the end!! It was a pleasure dealing with you Laura, and also Sarah Jane, - you were both helpful and extremely professional - as were the band on the day. I wish I could say the same for all the people we dealt with. Laura having you there on the day to ask questions and make sure everything ran correctly was great - again I wish had the same communication from other providers. We had so many comments about how great the band were and I can honestly say everyone involved helped make our day very special. "
