"House of chords played at our wedding in February and I can honestly say they were simply amazing. I couldn’t recommend them anymore than to say that everyone that attended the wedding has not stopped talking about how amazing the band were, they kept everyone dancing all night. "If we could have our wedding again we would 100% pick The MonStars. They were absolutely amazing and made our night!!! The dance floor was packed and nobody wanted the last set to end!! If you are looking for a wedding band I would definitely recommend them! "

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"The band - turned up on time but the room wasn't ready for them and so had some time restraints to get set up and ready. They were very professional and pleasant. We had some great feedback from our guests on their set list as well as overall sound and look. We would highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion (I'm getting married in October and if I hadn't already booked a band After Dark would be my first choice!"
