"We booked a trio (including the awesome double bass) to play at a friend's 50th while we were having afternoon tea. I can confirm that Janet was so lovely and professional to deal with. The level, temp and style of music was perfect and made our tea magical!! We had all ages there and the music was just what we wanted. Thank you so much XX"

"What can I say? DIVINE! Lovely vocals and keyboard accompaniment. Terrific variety of songs. Worked and interacted with the crowd in a terrific way. Could have listened to them for hours. Wherever they play, *DO* go see them. You will not be disappointed!"

"Ingrid sang at my mother in law's funeral last week. Many people have told us what a beautiful service it was. All have mentioned the music. Ingrid's wonderful voice lit up the whole occasion and made it a truly memorable celebration of my mother in law's long life. Ingrid sang everything with emotion and meaning and was also happy to perform new material at short notice. It was fantastic!"

"Last November we booked a show with Nick, i asked for his very well presented and executed reggae and 80’s evening. I could not have asked for anymore as it really shows how he doesn’t put on a fantastic show but it’s superbly put together so it flows so well. A real shame the evening had to end. He has such great presence and can hold the crowd so well that you forget he is a soloist. All the best and we all thank you for the best of evenings."

"We booked Velvet Metal for our wedding reception and they absolutely blew us away. From the very first track, the whole vibe shifted—suddenly it wasn’t just a wedding, it felt like a proper metal show (in the best way imaginable). Their stage presence was electric, every song hit perfectly, and the energy never dipped once all night. Even our guests who had never listened to metal before were fist-pumping and dancing by the end. If you want something bold, powerful, and unforgettable, Crushed are the band to book."

"We booked Gloria and Patrick for my mums 60th birthday party in a restaurant. My mum is a huge Motown fan and GG was able to customise her repertoire to sing all of my mums favourites. NOW IF YOU ARE READING THIS DON'T WASTE A SECOND LONGER AND BOOK THESE GUYS!!! GG has a stunning voice and I truly believe could sing absolutely anything, on top of this she is super friendly and a stunning performer. Patrick’s guitar skills just add to the magic of this performance and gives it that extra authenticity which makes this so much more than a singer singing to a backing track! We had the best night ever and more importantly so did my beautiful mum,she cried her eyes out and GG made sure to make my mum feel extra special - AMAZING!!! And by the way - way under-priced for what we saw! BOOK THEM!! Don’t waste time looking around!"

"I would like to thank the lovely Sandy Smith for a fabulous weekend, coming to York to sing at my birthday party, what an amazing voice and talent she has. Everyone is still talking about how lovely your voice is and what a lovely evening it was. I would truly recommend sandy for any occasion, she lightens up any room with her personality then when she starts to sing well that’s another story, the room becomes silent, foot tapping, hand clapping and people up dancing. Making memories is what it’s all about having family and friends to celebrate with you and it makes it extra social when you have a Sandy in your life to sing like she does. Hope to see you soon xx"

"We could not have asked for a better wedding band. The dance floor was always full and all our guests commented on how great you were!! The silent disco was so much fun. You guys were so easy to communicate with, nothing was too much trouble, everything went so smoothly. We would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for a great party!! Thank you so so much. "This is the 3rd year we have had the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band play for our event. They really add to the event in terms of the atmosphere, structure and fun they bring. We were sold out of tickets in the lead up to the event as people eagerly anticipated our annual ceilidh. The band are professional and talented. They brought some great dances which we had not seen before and some old favourites. We are already talking about next year's event with them!"
