"If you want your guests to dance all night, have loads and loads of fun, to not stop talking about your wedding, then this is the band for you. I can’t praise them enough – not only do they put on the best funky disco show ever, they manage themselves in a very professional manner. If you want people to talk about your wedding forever book this band!!"

"River Rhythmswere a fantastic addition to our wedding day. They learned a song which kicked in half way through our first dance and resulted in all our guests joining us on the dance floor. It set a fantastic tone for the evening and we have received so much positive feedback about the band. Thanks for a great evening."

"We hired W4s to play at our wedding in August 2022, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Prior to the event we provided a playlist of songs we’d like to hear, and almost all of them were covered either by their sound engineer, who acted as a DJ when the band weren’t playing, or as part of the band’s set list. They were extremely good value for money and the quality of their performance was excellent. They were also very accommodating as they changed the timings of their sets to suit our plans, and they even learnt our first dance song and recruited a saxophone player to keep it as close to the original version as possible. We would absolutely recommend W4s and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for another event – the place was rocking. All the best & thanks again"

"Thank you for playing at my daughters wedding recently. It was the perfect end to a great day for us, with three sets of live music and then a disco to end the evening. What made it even better was the fact that Alfie had liaised with my daughter beforehand and had arranged a play list reflecting her and her now husband's musical tastes. Afterwards everyone I spoke to told me how much they had enjoyed the music. Thanks again guys. "

"I just wanted to get in touch to say THANK YOU for such an incredible band! WOW WOW WOW! I have honestly hand on heart not seen such a fantastic band and the floor was packed all night which was amazing! From their professionalism, personalities, performance and fabulous set it was faultless. I can cannot tell you how many compliments we've had about "the best band we've ever seen!" and everyone is trying to get me to book you guys again same time next year for a 1 year anniversary party! Ha! Seriously though I can't thank you enough for all your hard work, and patience with me ;) I was so thrilled with how it all went, it simply just couldn't have been better! I will definitely recommend you and have passed your number on to a few people already. "“Clearly very talented musicians, we can’t recommend Simon Ritchie Music enough. Simon and the band kept the atmosphere at our Summer Ball upbeat with a good mixture of old and new, leading to some anthemic tunes to round off which had the whole dancefloor going. "I booked Whisky & Ginger for my Gran and Grandad's wedding anniversary party and they were absolutely great! From our first interaction, they were super professional and really put my mind at ease with everything else I had to organise. I truly felt I could just leave them to get on with it and not have to worry. And I was right! They arrived on the day, set-up super quickly and super subtly. We were a bit delayed with our timings of other events during the day and they were so helpful and willing to adapt and delay what they had planned. They even took some last minute requests from us on the day and included them in their set which really made it special for my Gran as they were able to perform her favourite song. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about booking, they were totally professional, entertaining and fun!!!! Thank you again!!!!!"

"After spending weeks looking for a wedding band who could play more than the standard fare, we were intrigued on seeing their repertoire; finally a band who could satisfy all the guests with a mixture of classy soul, RnB and pop. Once we listened to their demo we were sold; it was clear that Rebecca has the voice of an angel. However, this didn’t prepare us for the performance on the day, which exceeded all expectations. Love songs delivered with heartbreaking beauty and pop that had everyone off their seats until the last note of the evening. Rebecca and the Somerset Soul are a wedding band for the discerning listener who gave us the perfect end to a perfect day."
