"We are so happy that we made the decision to book The Pharaoh's for our wedding on the 3/09/22. Our guests are still talking about how good the band were 2 weeks later. We knew from the early stages of planning we wanted a band and fortunately the band were able to make our rearranged date. They stayed in touch throughout what would become nearly 2 1/2 years since making the booking and responded to our questions throughout the time period. They even went the extra mile and learnt our first dance song as it wasn’t one which they had played together before. They were fantastic on the night, the dance floor stayed full and they even let a few of our guests get up and perform with them. We were married in Yorkshire with the band coming from Essex. Everyone at first wondered why we hadn’t gone more local, but once the band started playing they understood. Would recommend to anyone wanting a band who can perform songs across the decades."

"I booked Hot Tamales as a surprise for my husband to play at our wedding reception because he loves blues style music. Giulio the guitarist answered all my emails promptly and was very helpful. The quality of the music, both the singing and the guitarist was excellent. The repertoire fitted the brief perfectly and as I requested they played a James Taylor song. All my guests really enjoyed their performance and it made our special day memorable. We all really loved these guys! "

"We had this lovely duo at our wedding and we could not have been happier with our choice of musicians. They are the loveliest people who were so accommodating for any music choices we wanted. Our guests loved them and they were very good at reading the room and knowing when to change the music up. They set themselves up in the hall and were so unproblematic. Matt added comedy when interacting with our guests and Jackie’s voice was just so beautiful. I could not recommend more. Thank you both for adding such incredible entertainment for our special day and being the easiest people to work with!"

"Amazing professional dedicated service - something which is a rare these days, but these guys most certainly should pride themselves on it as got it just right! They not only gave a fantastic performance but really engaged with the people at the party ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves based on the music being played!! We have had lots of comments on our special day and you feature in many of them with our guests complimenting you as a band. It was special for us having Shena join you for a couple of songs too so thank you for that. Hopefully you enjoyed yourselves whilst working ........ ""Thank you to Helen and the Band for being part of our magical day. They really helped make it perfect. There was great communication before the day and the band’s repertoire is amazing. We made a few tweeks to the set list they proposed just to keep all the family happy! The day itself, the band arrived with plenty of time and although we had a small space, discreetly set up. When the music started it brought guests in to listen and dance even on a hot day! The atmosphere was great and they are really talented musicians. As I speak to friends and family after our wedding there are so many comments on how great the band was and considering some of them are in bands themselves this is a great compliment. Once again thank you so much for making the evening part of the wedding so much fun - I really am trying to plan another party where the band can play again!! "

"Stereo Jazz Collective provided exactly the blend of music we were hoping for to entertain a fun loving mixed age group at our 50th wedding anniversary. It offered rich entertainment while allowing guest to converse and mingle - and later on the opportunity for hitting the dance floor, even at our advanced age! We would happily hire them again and recommend them to our friends."

"If you are still deciding whether to book Sax Life for your event, then just do it. They recently performed at our wedding and they were absolutely incredible, and they received so many compliments from all our guests. The energy they brought meant the dancefloor was always busy and the sax was so adaptable to all genres of music (from sean paul to earth wind and fire!). " Dahlia Music were brilliant. After seeing them perform at a wedding fayre I had to book them! The communication throughout was excellent. They were very helpful and professional. They made my ceremony so special and everybody commented on how amazing they were. Guests loved the fact that they played pop and current songs at the reception afterwards. "Where to begin! Goldsworth gerry played at our wedding on Friday, we were absolutely blown away with how fantastic they were live! Through covid we have only been able to watch online videos of this awesome duo, and they did not disappoint! Nearly every guest has commented to say how great you were! Our first dance song was perfect and learnt especially for us by Stuart and Martin and was beautifully sung! They were fantastic to deal with when we had to postpone our first wedding, compassionate yet professional. We honestly couldnt recommend you highly enough! Thank you both so much!"

"The Players were absolutely fantastic. We were recommended them by a friend who had them play at their wedding too. They are so professional in their organising where they liased with the hotel from the beginning taking some of the stess out of the wedding planning. Their music is fantastic they catered for all ages and learnt a new song for our first dance which made the evening so special. They also asked for a playlist we would like for when they were having a break and also for the end of the evening. Many Thanks to all the band you made the evening special and everybody loved your music ranging from the 2 year olds to the oldies !! Thanks and hope to see you playing again in York soon Heather & Dougy "
