Your voice was spellbinding and your set arrangements were fantastic, everyone commented on how amazing you all were. We felt so lucky to have found you guys and you really did provide us with an incredible evening with music to suit all tastes."

"The band were an absolute resounding success. The guests all commented on how good the band were, especially and the band gauged exactly the right sort of music to suit their audience. They arrived on time, were not at all demanding and were hard-working, shifting heavy and plentiful equipment up to the 1st floor. They were extremely punctual and polite and there was very little microphone chat, just lots of music! We were thrilled and I am sure we will be booking them again in the future, for school events."

"Diamonds & Pearls played at our wedding and we couldn’t love them more if we tried. They learned an additional song (or two!) for us and indulged me when I wanted to get up and sing with a live band. They were so good, a friend booked them to play at their wedding a year later. They’re effortlessly cool...and Helen is a total babe!"

"These guys were brilliant!!! They were completely brilliant performers and had the marquee rocking all night. Technically brilliant but more than that- in tune with our guests and reading the room! "In the lead up to our wedding they were always very professional to deal with, responding quickly to any questions we had and happy to adapt set lists and timings to exactly what we wanted. We had them for our evening wedding reception and they were fantastic! On the night they were absolutely brilliant and had our guests on their feet from their first song right up to the end. All our guests (even our older guests) have all complimented the band, the mix of songs they played was perfect. People were asking me how much they were and all agreed they were cheap for how good they are, and so much better than your typical wedding band. We were running a bit over time so they cut their break down to 15 minutes for us so we didn't miss out on any of their set list. They dressed smartly for the occasion and Louise and Sam were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn't recommend then enough! I'm just trying to find another occasion that I can have an excuse to use them! We have had lots of comments from guests about how good the band were and what a good range of tracks they played. We would definitely recommend them."

I was sorry we were late walking down the aisle. The planned timings didn’t quite go to plan. I hugely appreciated how you kept the guests thoroughly entertained while waiting. "Hull 4 Heroes has used The Charm Offensive on many occasions over the last 5 years. They have always brought the party to every one of our events. The dance floor is always full and the atmosphere is amazing. A great set of lads and a brilliant band for any occasion. "
