"Lewis joined as for my birthday party which we held in the garden of our house. He arrived early was set up quickly and ready to go within ten minutes. That said we decided to wait a while to allow all my guests to arrive and settle, Lewis was very happy to wait and work to our timetable He is an extremely polite and friendly person who made a great impression on all my guests He asked us what genres we wanted him to focus on and we’re there any particular songs or artists webwanted him to play He did two sets, both longer than the period I was expecting and he got a great ovation during and at the end of each I have no hesitation in recommending him and know a number of my friends are already looking to book him Lewis thanks for helping make my birthday special. "Following many hours of researching for a ceilidh band for our wedding (August 2021), we decided on Blue Jewel. After an evening of brilliant music, lively calling and enthusiastic dancing, we now simply cannot recommend them enough. They are an incredibly friendly group who worked in partnership with us on the day to help create an evening that we will never forget. With a series of different dances (led by clear and directive calling), all creating a sea of smiles and energy, they are an incredibly talented group. And even despite a slight delay in the timings (from our side), they were both patient and understanding. "

"I hired Jamie for my wedding ​reception and ceremony music at the Dorchester Hotel, London in 2017 for a piano set up. It was a one day wedding with 40 guests. He was swift in his correspondence to my initial enquiries and was accommodating to our song request list. On the day he was prompt, professional and provided very much a memorable experience for myself, better half and guests. His playing style was well matched to the occasion and it certainly provided the intimate experience we were looking for. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie to others. Happy to be contacted for reference."

"Fabulous music from Peter that really set the mood for my 1920s (Peaky Blinders) party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed his performance. Peter even went the extra mile by playing a song for my Grandma that she sings to her grandson in Australia. Thanks for making my party extra special! "

"I can’t recommend these lads enough they were absolutely fantastic at our wedding 2 weeks ago. They are lovely lads and were brilliant to deal with in the lead up to the wedding, really responsive and made us feel at totally at ease that we did not need to worry about the music element as they had all that covered which was a massive help. On the day they were amazing and they went down an absolute storm with us and our guests. They played a good mix of stuff and got everybody up dancing. Loads of people were asking where we found the band as they were so impressed. Thanks so much guys you really did play a massive part in making our wedding day so memorable!!"
