"I have to say that Ged was absolutely superb for my birthday. Everyone commented on how good he was. His commitment to making my day was very reassuring as he helped with the speeches and timings. His repertoire of songs kept everyone happy from teenagers to seniors and he made my day a special occasion"

"Everyone had an amazing time and there were lots of compliments about how great the band were keeping everyone dancing throughout the night. The dance floor was rocking! We will most definitely be booking you guys again for any future events. We are already planning the next party!"

"Sophie played at our restaurant on New Year's eve and she was really great. The music was great and helped to provide a very good atmosphere for our customers. Feedback from all our customers was good and it was a great evening for all. I would highly recommend Sophie for anyone looking for a singer and guitarist for a social event/venue. "

"We booked The Dizzy Brasscals to play at our wedding reception and could not have been more happy with the decision. We found them online and watched/listened to examples of their work before getting in touch. Dave was quick to respond and helpful throughout the whole process. The band were very open to tailoring the music towards our more specific requests when it came to genre whilst also keeping the crowd and dance floor very happy and filled. The lighting and PA was also very professional. Dave stayed after the band finished to DJ in the evening which was also great, requesting our playlists ahead of the evening which he stuck to when suitable. I would highly recommend the band and Dave as a DJ for weddings/events, it really made the reception go so well and lots of guests kept telling us they loved them. Also very reasonable for the service provided. Thanks again Dave and the band!"

"Groove Generals made my wedding reception! From the first soulful note of my first dance I was in heaven. They entirely exceeded expectations! The energy an 8 piece band brings is electric. Each member of the band were amazing true professionals. A special thanks to the male vocalist who absolutely smashed my first dance song, it brought tears to my eyes as well as my 100+ guests. "

"Rachel & The Haystacks played our wedding reception to perfection :) Even covered a request song for our first dance brilliantly! Everyone commented on what a professional band, well rounded and excellent song choices to please young and old. "We were so excited when we came across Almost Modern Jukebox online during lockdown when searching for a wedding band, and they didn't disappoint! Daisy was super friendly, professional and quick to respond to any of our queries and there are a range of offerings with different price ranged to to suit your needs. They we just brilliant on the night, both playing and the friendly banter and atmosphere they created with our guests - 'Happy Feet' still makes me smile today :D And I loved the impromptu rendition of tequila on sax when the groom arrived for the final song! Thanks again guys - you were brilliant!"

"The Shooglers have played for us twice now and I can't wait to get them booked for next year! They have been a huge hit at both charity ceilidhs which we have organised, people attending telling us how great they thought they were. The band are so easy to work with, they are a friendly bunch and are very talented. Their music is fantastic, it's such a relief knowing that if anything else goes wrong on the night that the music will be first class. They have banter with the guests, and call dances brilliantly. They are definitely going to be the first people I get in touch with when I start organising next year's ceilidh. I'd recommend them to everyone, I've already passed on contact details to several people who loved their sound. Thanks again boys, can't wait to work with you again soon! :) Thanks again for an awesome ceilidh! "

"Ceol beag ceilidh band proved to be an excellent choice for our annual dinner dance. They demonstrated the steps, had an easy beat for dancing, encouraged participation, and there were always lots of people on the floor. Everyone enjoyed the ceilidh and by popular request we were delighted to welcome them back the next year. They did not let us down."
