"Remi was a real standout at our wedding. His saxophone playing added a relaxed, sophisticated feel that worked perfectly for the drinks reception. He was professional and easy to coordinate with from start to finish, and everything ran seamlessly on the day. The music struck just the right balance — never overpowering, but always enhancing the atmosphere. We had so many lovely comments from guests, and it’s something we’ll remember as a real highlight of the day. We’d highly recommend him."

"I highly recommend Overdrive for any party, wedding or event!! They are so kind, incredibly fun and most importantly you can tell that they are passionate about what they do! From leading up to the event, setting up and throughout the night they did such a great job. My guests also absolutely loved them and have not stopped talking about how amazing they were. Considering this particular group we had were not big party people, Overdrive did so well getting everyone onto the dance floor. Thank you Overdrive, I will 100% be booking you again for more of my future events! Xx"

"Dave can to play for our wedding last night and I have to say it was outstanding! He customised his playlist to suit my guests and got everyone up dancing right from his first number. "Dear Marcella, Our guests absolutely LOVED the music - thank you! It was a great way to start off the party and was a good scene setter for the rest of the evenIng. We were blessed with good weather and it was fantastic that they could play outside. It was a bit of a rush for us herding everyone in for dinner just as they finished playing but I hope I managed to convey my thanks! "We hired Urban Myth for our wedding in June 2019 and we honestly could not be happier with the experience. We found the band to be extremely professional throughout the entire planning process and with a reassuring attention to detail, which meant we had full faith in them to deliver on the night – particularly after watching them perform live in Didsbury beforehand. When our big day finally arrived, they were absolutely fantastic and played two one-hour sets that had our guests on the dance floor all evening, providing a real atmosphere to the night. The set-lists were varied enough to please all ages, and our guests genuinely commented afterwards about how they made the evening. If you are looking for a wedding band, Urban Myth is a perfect choice."

"We hired the Mysteries for my Mum's birthday party and they were superb. Everyone from toddlers and teens to rockers and oldies loved the set list. They bring their own style without losing the essence of what made the originals so great. This combo drew everyone to the dance floor and were key to making the perfect evening. Thank you!"

"Ella performed at our wedding yesterday and was amazing! We had great comments from lots of our guests, most of them wanted her to play on longer! Even a change of set half way through her performance due to the rain didn’t affect her! "
