"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. I know Ben will be in touch with you soon, but once again thank you both so much again for helping to make the event ‘go with a swing’ so that we all had a really lovely evening. "We would like to express our thanks to Mark for making our wedding day so special. Mark played all the music during our wedding ceremoney, including a emotional rendition of Annie's song on the flute that I walked down the aisle to. There wasn't a dry eye in the church. Mark was so flexible, always contactable and reliable exceeding our expectations. Mark organised the backing music, turned up appropriately dressed, with all equipment that was required. His musical performance was outstanding and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for a truly professional event. Thank you Mark."

"What can I say other than they made our evening. We couldn't have asked for a better set up and they were exactly what we needed after the formalities of the day. Everyone was up dancing (even my Uncle had nicked one of their wigs and was on the dance floor at one point and he has never danced in his life!!). I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, will be recommending you and the artist to our other friends who will be getting married this/next year."

"Gary performed on Tuesday at my Nan's funeral service, and was absolutely fantastic! Everyone who came along said that he made the day, not only with his great music but also with his infectious smile. When searching for performers, Caribbean Steel Band's prices were the lowest by far (and I mean hundreds!!) and from the beginning Gary was calm and uncomplicated when making arrangements for the day... just what I needed at this difficult time for my family. I can not recommend highly enough. Thank you so much."

" Brilliant Birthday Band Private Function, St Albans on Saturday 20 April 2024 Wow, what a night ! Absolutely brilliant band, what a stand out evening we had! Everyone commented on how fantastic the band was and the venue - just perfect. All were excellent musicians and three ladies on lead vocals ensured everyone "got down" to the music. Also, loved they way they entered into the spirit of the party with the guitarist and vocalist coming into the crowd at one stage and playing/singing with the crowd whilst we were dancing. So thank you Uptown Funk for making sure we all had an absolutely awesome birthday event. PS organising and discussing the plans for the evening was a breeze thanks to Keith's advise and experience - couldn't have been easier. Duncan, Monday 29 April 2024"

"We have just had Gypsy Jazz/Swing Band play at our Sunday Social dance at the Hen and Chicken and they did a superb job! Good quality musicians providing an excellent range of swinging, high energy tunes. We had people who came just to listen but mainly it was a room full of dancers and they kept the floor full and buzzing. Their set was interesting, playful and spot on for what we wanted. We would definitely have them back! A note to organisers: Very easy comms. They turned up with plenty of time and were clean and efficient in set up and take down. What’s not to like?!"

"My words can not express the true talent of this artist. We had the pleasure of Matt playing at our wedding. He learnt/performed songs that we requested to the highest standard. Everyone had such a great time and he has an amazing ability to create an atmosphere like no other. Everyone was dancing and having a truly great time. He played long into the evening and his energy never faded. We have also booked Matt for our annual summer garden party and we were the envy of the street. I would highly recommend Matt and his amazing talent. Get in quick as he books up fast. We tend to book a year in advance just to guarantee his availability. "
