"We booked the Mellow tone Jazz Trio for our Fathers 80th Birthday celebration Dad is a big Jazz fan and we hoped that the Guys would complement the meal and small gathering we had arranged. To say they did would be an understatement. The musical choice and the musicianship was of the highest order. I would certainly book them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else. "

"Please pass on my thanks and huge congratulations to the Black Velvet Band for making the evening one to remember! The members of the band were very friendly and excellent at leading the crowds all of various ages! It was a night to remember for all the right reasons and I have not smiled so much since my wedding day! The Swiss roll formation is genius and the children (and adults) are still wondering how it worked! We will most definitely be booking them again!"

"Beautiful music, set just the right tone during our wedding ceremony on the beach. All if our guests commented how amazing it was having Duncan playing with his guitar throughout. Duncan went above and beyond to make our day special and we are so grateful for him travelling all the way to bournemouth for the day. Wish we could do it all over again!"

"I and everyone at my party on the afternoon of July 25th, thought that the music provided and the ambience created by Events Music Collective was brilliant! The music and the singing was first rate and I will defintely use everyone again if and when I organise another party. "We had the absolute pleasure of having Ellen perform at our wedding, and she was incredible from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she took care of everything directly with the venue, which made things completely stress free for us. The atmosphere she created with her singing was beautiful, and so many of our guests commented on how lovely it felt. She even learned and performed three custom songs that are very special to us, waiting until we were around so we could hear them live. It was such a thoughtful touch that meant the world. On top of that, she surprised us with a custom card inspired by our favourite song. We’ve framed it and hung it on our wall and it’s a keepsake we’ll treasure forever. Thank you for making our day so special. We couldn’t recommend Ellen enough!"

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio / Georgia's Wedding Ceilidh / October 2024 It was so much fun to have the trio along and they were so clear with their instructions that even the French at our wedding could follow along. Mike’s communication was superb and at one point extremely helpful by replying quickly with a key document, as we dealt with a problem with our venue. Thank you all."

"Chris played at our wedding on Saturday August 19th 2017 . He was amazing honestly he was fantastic. Talented. Professional. And fun he really made the day special a good mix of songs done really well was open for special requests wen asked and very helpful wen chosing songs for play list .
