"I had the pleasure of organising a works function for 100+ guests and was recommended to book miss-chief and the makers. This was the best recommendation I got because they rocked! They were easy to work with and I was able to articulate with ease of what our night required and they delivered and then some. Since the event I have had nothing but glowing comments from attendees. If you need a band who will rock the place with an awesome attitude, cracking sounding lead singer! and around high performing group look no further. 10/10 and already looking to book them again in the future!"

"We decided to honour our mums heritage with a piper playing at her funeral.Mums was from the Isle of Islay and the particular piece we wanted played is a memory from her homeland . Unfortunately George hadn’t played ‘Westering Home ‘before but this remarkable musician said he could learn it before the funeral.George was absolutely amazing .He played it perfectly along with Amazing Grace and Flower of Scotland .Our undertaker said he’d been attending funerals for over 25 years and had never heard a piper like George.He said he was best he’d ever heard ,high praise indeed and so well deserved.Thank you George you have left us with a very special memory on such a sad day ."

"Let's Smooth Things Over performed for us a week ago at my 60th birthday party. We were extremely impressed at their standard of musicianship and all of our guests raved about them. They have a very good repertoire, from quieter songs, to more rousing ones, to get your guests up and dancing! They were also very nice people to deal with. Altogether a first class act and I highly recommend!"

"Vicki was amazing, we can’t recommend her enough. Vicki helped me plan a surprise entrance for my bride and guests and it worked out perfectly. Vicki got the dance floor busy through both of her sets and collaborated with the DJ to make her sets the best they could be. Thank you Vicki, you helped make the evening an unforgettable one!"

Ever since I was a little girl I always imagined walking down the aisle to a violin, so thank you for forfilling my dream. Thank you so much for the effort you put in to work the room and get everyone involved after the ceremony. I've been told you even took requests from some of our 'tipsy' guests which made there day. We both really appreciate the extra time it took for you to learn the new songs for us, which made our day extra special. "Unwritten Duo regularly perform at our pub and never fail to impress. The Punters love them and they pack the place out on their music nights. They keep the atmosphere going with their incredible upbeat live sets and DJ music with lighting. I highly recommend them for any event or venue. We have them booked for our wedding next year too! "

"While I haven't seen David Barnes live, I have followed him via Facebook and Youtube as well as that old stand by, radio. Whether it is an interview, a comic bit on Facebook or a proper performance, one thing rises to the surface every time-his ability to connect deeply with his audience. Combine this spectacular feat with his stunning musical talents and you have the recipe for a great and moving time. I find over and over that this ability of his to draw you into his music, his world, leaves you feeling like you were the one singing in front of thousands. His energy and expressiveness serve only to cradle his beautiful voice. If Dave's music and voice isn't part of your heart yet, get to it, life is too short to not be filled with pure joy."

"We had this quartet for our wedding last Saturday, they played to our guests and for when I walked down the aisle,signing the register and walking out. They were absolutely amazing! They really set a beautiful atmosphere, 100% recommend to anyone"
