"We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the very beginning, Kirsty was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with. Communication was smooth, and she was accommodating with all of our requests and preferences. On the day itself, she made everything feel effortless — we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She brought such great energy and fun to the celebration, keeping the vibes high and the dance floor full all night. Truly a joy to work with and a big part of what made our day so special. We can’t recommend Kirsty enough!"

"If you want your guests to dance all night, have loads and loads of fun, to not stop talking about your wedding, then this is the band for you. I can’t praise them enough – not only do they put on the best funky disco show ever, they manage themselves in a very professional manner. If you want people to talk about your wedding forever book this band!!"

"The elegant duo were superb! They performed at our wedding reception, smashing it. They were super professional and sounded amazing! They were able to accomodate our requests and got the party started. Highly recommend - really easy to communicate with, organised, punctual and excellent at what they do. "They were a huge highlight to our wedding day last weekend. Everyone all night asked us how we found Straight Up and nothing was too much trouble for them! They learnt our first dance song beautifully and were just so lovely to work with. Would 100% book these guys again, thankyou!!! "

"The band played at our wedding 3 years ago and I’m so pleased they did, they were great, I barely left the dance floor all night to go for a wee! They even accommodated one of our guests doing a bit of impromptu karaoke!"

"Booked the 6 piece for my wedding in December and two of them for a set in the day. They were amazing. They had everyone up dancing all night and not the usual cheesy wedding band! Also, lovely to deal directly with the band so you know exactly who your money is going to! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family "

"Simon was amazing. We'd seen him play a local pub and own the evening so we booked him for our wedding. He played our first dance (Perfect by Ed Sheeran) before a whole load of upbeat songs to get people dancing before the DJ took over. Worked really well, Simon got the room going and everyone was up and about. Would definitely recommend (and he's a really nice guy too!!!)."
