Everyone said how great the band was and it seemed like everyone had a good time - our marquee floor was actually bent which was testament to the amount of dancing which went on! "We booked Detroit Deluxe for the evening of our wedding and they absolutely smashed it! We couldn’t have hoped for more. The vocals and the music were just incredible. We were so lucky to have them at our wedding and we are so grateful. They even managed (miraculously) to get my entire family on their feet dancing the evening away. Everyone enjoyed it so much. We just need another excuse to book them again. Thank you so much! "

"Kiki hosted my special birthday celebration last July & we recently had her play at our cafe/bar too - she is not only very talented she is also a lovely lovely caring lady… she reduced me to tears at my party by taking all my memories & turning them into the most special medley of music to literally take us through the decades… We will be booking Kiki again and again for sure at Hugo’s"

"We had the pleasure of having The Heat perform at our wedding reception, and they truly exceeded our expectations! To give you a bit of context, just three weeks before our big day, our original band had to cancel. Luckily, they connected us with The Heats, who graciously rearranged their schedule to accommodate us on such short notice. From start to finish, the band was exceptionally professional and friendly, making the entire process a breeze. Most importantly, their sound was absolutely incredible! We can’t recommend them highly enough and can’t wait for our next opportunity to see them perform again."

"PROS: Lauren arrived early having learned two new songs and recorded one new backing track for us. She sings beautifully, performs with confidence and looks the part. She also has a very varied repertoire. Definitely one of those few singers that you should book and re-book. Worth an 11/10, but that is not allowed! . CONS: None. "

"Finally getting round to saying an amazing thank you to The Funk House for their incredible set at our wedding! They were, as always, full of energy and had everyone dancing..... my heels came off by the second song! They even learnt our first dance song in less than 6 weeks and performed it perfectly with Sophie smashing the vocals. Thank you for helping to perfect our day ❤"

"Great gig, thank you so much. I chose well! Your energy was soaked up by us all at my 50th party and culminated in a fantastic feel good finale on the dance floor. ‘One more song’ was the call from my nephew and all of us would have savoured more time, but we ended on a high and that’s all I could ask for. I’ve had great feedback on you, and obviously will see if you are available for any future family events! "

"Well! Where do I start? Whisky & Ginger were just incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Every single song was exactly what the crowd wanted, and they even played some of our requests (sorry there were quite a few!). People are still talking about how good they were a week after our party. We would recommend anybody who is in two minds about booking to do so. Worth every penny. We’ll defo be booking again! Thank you thank you thank you!"
