"I hired Blue Jewel Ceilidh band to play for my 60th birthday party at my local village hall. I had never heard them play before but going on previous recommendations I felt certain they would be okay. How right I was! Well, if fact they were more than okay - they were bandtastic! Their playing is brilliant and they created a fantastic atmosphere. Steve made sure he brought me and my husband and sons right into the swing of things, mentioning us by name whenever he could and he certainly made it feel like "my" party and not just any old party they might be playing at. There was quite a mix of ages, but everyone joined in with the dancing, (yes, even my non-dancing- unless-he's-had-a-few-pints, husband!!). Steve and his colleague were excellent callers and made the dances very easy and great fun. We are still laughing and talking about what a wonderful evening it was. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Jewel. They will make your party go with a swing! "

"The band were amazing. You put on an amazing show and absolutely nailed each song. Our guests ranged from 3yrs old to 80 and everyone commented on how fantastic the band were! Your set really catered for everyone. Thank you for making our party very special!"

"We booked Shaun through this site for a joint family party. My husband in particular is a huge UB40 fan and as a result their music has played a big part in our families lives so we arranged Shaun to do a set at the party. He was phenomenal. So many people commented on how good he was and how much he sounded like Ally Campbell. We all had such a lovely evening and Shaun made it even more special getting all our family and friends on the dance floor reminiscing and singing along. Amazing memories for us all. I would definitely book Shaun again and highly recommend him to any UB40 or Reggae fans. Shaun's communication in the lead up to the event was also exemplary and he was a lovely lovely guy. Thank you Shaun."

"What a great band! Embassy played at our wedding and had a full dance floor throughout the night. They were easy to liaise with (quick email responses), took everything in their stride and just kept reassuring us that the dance floor would be full - and it was! They were happy to take requests, playing a specific first dance song and a song from my hen do, both of which our guests speak highly of. Finally, on the night, they were discrete, happy to go with the flow and just wanted everyone to have fun! This is a band I would highly recommend for a great night!
