They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. If anyone is considering them for their wedding DO IT you won't be disappointed!"

"We attended our friends wedding reception on Saturday evening and this band were beyond amazing. Great songs played all night, drummer, base and lead guitar/vocals were outstanding & they kept everyone on the dance floor. I’d love to hear them again. Would recommend to anyone looking for superb entertainment for any kind of function! "

"Where do I start from the constant contact this band can not do enough for you, not to mention they are out of this world! "Halfpenny Duo were fantastic. Really professional, really adaptable to slight timing changes on the night and just altogether 2 lovely people who made our anniversary party that bit more special. They were really kind enough to learn a song which was mine and my wife’s first dance as a married couple. Not a popular song on their set list but they learnt it for us and it was beautiful. "Another amazing wedding event last night with the fabulous Soul'N'Funk, Lee and Kate’s first dance ‘You Send Me’ Gregory Porter. Performed for the first time by the band went down a treat to the surprised Bride. Guest trumpet player for the evening, the hugely talented, and very nice guy…… Bryan Corbett - Brand New Heavies."

"The band were excellent lots of my friends commented how much they enjoyed them. They were very flexible and played two additional sets that helped create an atmosphere that my friends did not want to leave. The band had everyone dancing from the first song to the last one four hours later."

"Your repertoire of music was exactly as we requested. To please such a wide age range from 10 year old to 80 year old is some achievement. You also managed to include some songs that Bob and I requested !!! Lots of our friends and family commented on how they enjoyed the music. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.
