"Top class performers. Professional but relaxed and so warm and friendly. Incredible and versatile voices and they knew just how to get the party started. Catherine is a total and utter delight - from communicating with her prior to the event right through to saying a final goodbye. Sassy, fun loving, beautiful inside and out and with a voice that sends shivers down one’s spine. I promise that if you are lucky enough to have Loose Shoes being available for whatever event you are planning you will be as thrilled and delighted as me. First class in every way. "Groove Central were incredible! Such an awesome bunch of talented people and every single one of our guests were up on the dance floor busting their best moves all night long! We did not want the party to end, they were totally awesome and the best band we could ever have hoped to have. They raised the roof and blew us all away. We want another party now just so Groove Central can come too! We love them! "

"We thought Down for the Count did an outstanding job and so did all of our friends and family. Everyone could not stop raving about how great the music was. Honestly, we wouldn't have changed a thing and were so impressed. Most of all, it was so special to hear New York, New York as a closing song and we really appreciate your initiative to create those extra special touches for us! Without a doubt, we would recommend Down for the Count to any other friends getting married."

I booked the band for a works Christmas Party and I've had endless positive feedback about how much everyone enjoyed it and that the band made the night really special. There was something for everyone, from the set list to the Ibiza style sax and percussion set - you will not be disappointed. "The Big Phat Rock 'n' Soul Band performed at our 25th Wedding Anniversary Party as a six piece band with trumpet and sax. The band was entirely professional yet relaxed and fun which we had said was the tone that we wanted to set for our event. From the minute that they started playing the music encouraged people onto the dance floor. Within minutes the dance floor was heaving, literally, and stayed jam packed until the last note. Everyone has said that The Big Phat Rock 'n' Soul Band was the best event band ever....... Do yourself a favour and book this band."

"In the lead up to our wedding they were always very professional to deal with, responding quickly to any questions we had and happy to adapt set lists and timings to exactly what we wanted. We had them for our evening wedding reception and they were fantastic! On the night they were absolutely brilliant and had our guests on their feet from their first song right up to the end. All our guests (even our older guests) have all complimented the band, the mix of songs they played was perfect. People were asking me how much they were and all agreed they were cheap for how good they are, and so much better than your typical wedding band. We were running a bit over time so they cut their break down to 15 minutes for us so we didn't miss out on any of their set list. They dressed smartly for the occasion and Louise and Sam were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn't recommend then enough! I'm just trying to find another occasion that I can have an excuse to use them! We have had lots of comments from guests about how good the band were and what a good range of tracks they played. We would definitely recommend them."

"Cannot recommended this band enough. They played at my mum's surprise 60th birthday party this weekend and they were OUTSTANDING! They played something to suit everyone at the party, everyone was up and dancing and having an awesome time. They were super friendly, flexible, accommodating, played times to suit the party, outstanding show put on and just generally amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much guys, the party was amazing!"
