"A band at the Waterside Theatre took Beatles fans on the fastest and most hectic time trip imaginable as they ripped through the history of the world’s greatest pop group. Tribute The Fab 5 took the Aylesbury venue’s Second Space by storm to dash off around 45 songs in a two and a half hour gig that gave new meaning to value for money. Taking a leaf out of their heroes’ book, The Fab 5 worked their socks off in an almost non-stop succession of numbers that covered the original band’s dizzying collection of hits from 1963-70. They deserve the highest praise for not only offering a faithful rendition of the Beatles’ hits (many of which are incredibly hard to play and sing live) but a tantalising insight of what it would have been like to actually hear the music live in its day. Standout action featured a triumphant medley from Abbey Road and a stunning rendition of A Day In The Life, while a horn trio added colour and authenticity. There’ll only be one original Fab Four but there’s only really one creditable tribute band and that’s The Fab 5. As Carly Simon sang, nobody does it better..."

"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. I know Ben will be in touch with you soon, but once again thank you both so much again for helping to make the event ‘go with a swing’ so that we all had a really lovely evening. "Halfpenny Duo were fantastic. Really professional, really adaptable to slight timing changes on the night and just altogether 2 lovely people who made our anniversary party that bit more special. They were really kind enough to learn a song which was mine and my wife’s first dance as a married couple. Not a popular song on their set list but they learnt it for us and it was beautiful. Thank you, Rob & Laura"

"We heard Station2Station at a friends birthday, and knew straight away that we wanted them to play at our wedding. They were one of the first thing we booked once we had the venue set, and were accomodating with working around the other plans for our day. After introducing our first dance (Foo Fighters), they played a great set and our guests loved the live music. Great energy, and had everyone up and dancing. Would highly recommend them!"

"Mike, we cannot thank you enough for how brilliant you guys were at our wedding! Thank you so much for being so flexible when, given the extreme heat and no air con, our guests decamped to the gardens and you all postponed your sets to play later in the evening when everyone was back inside the venue! We really appreciated that! We had so many compliments on how fantastic you all were and many of my guests have asked for your details! Not surprising since the entire band was lively, entertaining and just brilliantly talented! I would also like to thank you for keeping me so calm and making the booking process/ play list selection etc so easy. You were contactable whenever I needed you (wonderful) and were so in control that it put me at ease instantly. Thank you again and we cannot wait for another excuse to throw a big bash and hire you all again! "
