"If you want your guests to dance all night, have loads and loads of fun, to not stop talking about your wedding, then this is the band for you. I can’t praise them enough – not only do they put on the best funky disco show ever, they manage themselves in a very professional manner. If you want people to talk about your wedding forever book this band!!"

"These guys were amazing from day one to wedding day, and beyond! We had been debating whether to get a band for our wedding and after meeting Dan and Charlotte at a few wedding fayres, we always kept circling back to them. Their vibe and energy suited our wedding perfectly! We opted to book them for the entire day and they made the experience so smooth and took so much stress away from us, which was a godsend as we had so much to sort! Their repertoire is very extensive and covered a good amount of our guest's song requests as well which was great! We tasked Better Together Acoustic Duo with learning not one but two songs for our wedding, my walking down the aisle song and our first dance song. They absolutely smashed both, I wish I could have bottled the songs to hear them again and again! They spent the whole day with smiles on their faces and nothing was too much, even when our timings slipped they were understanding and just went with the flow! No dramas here! Would highly recommend them for any event. We've definitely found a band we'll happily see again and again!"

"We hired The Blue Suede Shoes for our wedding in June 2014. We could not of been happier with the band. Not only did they put on an amazing show, they were extremely helpful, responsive and adaptable throughout the entire process. The initial information package was very clear regarding logistical requirements and gave us all the information the wedding venue required. In the months leading up to the wedding, The Blue Suede Shoes were very helpful anytime we had a question. On our wedding day, we pre-planned a general band play schedule, but with over-running dinner and speeches, that largely was discarded. The Blue Suede Shoes were very adaptable to our changing schedule. (They were so adaptable, they even brought the bass outside to the beach to help one of our friends who wanted to do a ukulele song at sunset!) The Blue Suede Shoes’ music was fantastic with a great range that all of our guests enjoyed. They also did a great job learning our first dance song. On whatever scale, The Blue Suede Shoes get top marks! "

You were absolutely fantastic I witnessed people getting up to dance who had never done so before and the next day it was all everyone was talking about, how great the band was. "Tim, Rohan and Kat were absolutely great. They performed at the ceremony and for the evening at our wedding in north Cornwall. Communication was superb throughout, with generous advice and additional support where needed. They were the stars of the day, with many people complimenting the arranged and live music throughout. They got the whole party going, and we’re polite and courteous. Kat voice is superb and they are performed incredible music. Cannot recommend them enough. Jacob and Ami X "

"Motown Memories and Ione performed at our wedding in June 2022 and they were absolutely fantastic. Ione is a great singer and the band are superb musicians - there were great guitar solos. At the end of the evening and following the wedding, so many of our guests told us that they thought they were a great wedding band, and the dancefloor was full for the whole evening. They responded and reacted to the crowd expertly. The set list was a great selection of genres and decades, enjoyed by 3 generations. Rhona, the band manager, was great to deal with before the wedding - she asked us questions, she shared an example set list, and she arranged for the first dance to be played."

They have a brilliant, varied set list to suit all ears but were also very accommodating with playing some particular requests and most importantly they got involved with the crowd and had everyone on the dancefloor. "The Blue Suede Shoes gave an outstanding performance at our engagement party and were instrumental in creating the great atmosphere enjoyed by all. Their professionalism was displayed throughout and we had endless feedback from our guests on how good they sounded. Everyone was impressed by them. "I first saw MCATM at a gig in Salisbury. Not only did they sound fantastic with a brilliant set, but they got the whole pub on the dance floor...on a Thursday night, including me who was the sober designated driver. I was so impressed with what I had seen and heard, I decided that night to book them for our wedding. We met with Lewis and Clare a few times to discuss the music/sets before the wedding; they were professional, friendly, down to earth and knew exactly what I wanted for the day, and learnt a lot of songs for us. Come the wedding day; they arrived early to set up so not to disrupt the day, entertained from 2pm to early hours the next morning ...including playing outside, but also were super fun with my guests! They learnt our first dance "Perfect - Ed Sheeran" and made our dream come true as it literally was perfect. Fun was had by all and honestly I am so happy we chose them as they made our wedding incredible. THANK YOU MCATM"
