"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one. "

"We booked the band literally 2 weeks before our wedding on halloween and thank god we did because they absolutely made our wedding. The energy they bring is outstanding, the songs are completely floor fillers. I can’t recommend them enough, they were perfection! Thank you for playing at our wedding. "

"We booked the Glo band for last Saturday evening July 8th 2017 for a big family celebration involving all ages and a wide range of people from our Village. We have had nothing but praise for the band since last Saturday and wanted to write a few words of thanks to them for making it a very special occasion for us. The band arrived and set themselves up and then ensured that they contacted us to determine when we wanted them to play and fill in where needed. They performed to a very high standard and our local musicians were all very impressed. The played a broad range of music for all the age groups and everybody was dancing and singing at the end of the evening. A big thank you from Alan and Janet and the Village of Penshurst. "

"We're so glad we chose The Blue Suede Shoes for our wedding - they really made our night. They got all our guests on their feet and we got so many compliments about the music choices. "Souls are incredible and we can’t recommend this band enough! We had them play at our wedding a week ago at Sandbanks and they were amazing. They had so many people up dancing and sounded amazing. They interacted with the guests which was such a lovely touch - initiating dance offs, encouraging the whole dance floor to show their flossing moves and even control the inevitable World Cup football chanting! We couldn’t have asked for more from Katy and the band. Katy was always so quick to respond to any emails and really helpful, tailoring everything to what we wanted. Thank you so much - we loved having you play at our wedding and all our guests raved about you too!"
