"The Laurels were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - polite, efficient and professional. Many of our guests commented on how great they were and what a beautiful voice Lucy has. All in all, I had no desire or budget for live music but we are so happy that we discovered and booked them, they made our drinks reception complete! "

"Just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing Groove Allstars. They played at our wedding at Guyzance Hall in June. They were extremely professional and really listened to what we wanted. The music was outstanding and the dance floor was packed all night. We were so impressed. Cannot rate them highly enough and would definitely recommend. The highlight was their rendition of Three Little Birds by Bob Marley which they learnt for our first dance. Thanks again to all of you- you really made our night! "Ginger and her band played my surprise 50th Party and were absolutely incredible. Ginger especially got to know the names of some of the guests and encouraged them onto the dance floor, even my 78 year old Mum! It was a brilliant evening and I would recommend them for any party where you want excellent music, funny one liners and a lead singer with more sass than is technically legal! Thank you for being amazing!"

"Where do I start.. we are so glad we picked Soul Messengers for our event. They really rocked the drinks reception and we had so many guests say what an amazing time they had dancing away even before the party had started! Amazing communication with Filippo in the lead-up as well which really reassured us. Will be recommending and honestly their set really livens up the party and appeals to all ages! Thanks again guys and wish we had had more time to enjoy the set with you!"

"We were absolutely delighted to have booked the MB's to play at our wedding reception. The standard was exceptional and the band had provided an extensive repertoire from which we were able to highlight our favoured songs. The band also had recordings of some numbers on sound cloud so that we could learn a first dance to the exact arrangement that they were to play on the night. It couldn’t have been easier – in the end we chose to charleston to “I want to be like you” which was fun and went down extremely well. I liaised with Chris mainly via email, but chatted on the phone nearer to the day so that arrangements could be finalised, nothing was too much trouble and the band was a real highlight. The keyboard player was booked earlier to play the piano during the meal and their set up was efficient. The band had travelled from Yorkshire to London to play and they might be making the journey down the A1 more frequently as several guests at the wedding have been asking for their contact details, and all thank you letters have commented on their stunning performance, the dance floor was filled all night."

"There really should be a maximum word count for these reviews because I could write a novel about these guys. The promo materials they have are great, but I can assure you they’re so much better live and are also the sweetest people ever. No ask was too much for Jimmy (we were so annoying too honestly), he’s an absolute pro. They even learnt a couple of requests for us and delivered them flawlessly. They had their work cut out with us. 1/3 of our guests were working (pretentious and judgey) musicians and everyone was feral for them. Also, all the girls and gays (myself included) were banging on about how hot Jimmy is which is a (albeit problematic) bonus. Seriously guys, thank you for making our day all the more special. I’m eternally grateful to have found you. "

"We booked Absolute Company for our beautiful wedding all the way in Devon. The band were beyond our expectations, they really made our evening party special and both singers were amazing! We had so many compliments from the guests and all the other suppliers wanted to know where they had come from. The band really interacted with the guests and got myself (the bride) and many of the children to sing too, which everyone loved! We are both so grateful for what a special touch they added to our day."

"Viviana's warm personality shone through her skilful renditions of songs made famous by Marilyn Monroe. Her close understanding with her accompanists on piano and saxophone, as well as with her partner Giuliano on guitar in a short cameo, greatly enhanced the music making. "
