"Our Wedding guests loved EM Strings. They played beautifully during the intimate ceremony and again for the drinks reception afterwards. They were the highlight of my day and brought much joy to the atmosphere, including dressing the part for our very special day. I fell in love with the group from the start because of their unique repertoire and they did not disappoint!"

"We booked the Haystacks for 2 1hr band sets and a DJ set. They were absolutely amazing, all the guests were up dancing and singing along. Rachel was great at keeping in touch leading up to the Wedding and they learnt an Australian song for our first dance and the version was perfect. We would highly recommend. "

"Funk With Us providing the band, DJ and PA for our wedding on the 9th October 2021. And they were absolutely amazing. In the lead up to the event, their diligence and patience in helping sort out some issues around sound levels at the venue went way above and beyond what we'd initially agreed with them. They friendly, highly personal service and wish to really understand what we wanted for the day meant we felt really positive and confident going into the day. On the day itself, they were amazing with the band being great fun, really getting involved and making sure the dance floor was both packed and super fun. We would absolutely recommended everytime, these guys are amazing. 12/10."

"Alex was absolutely perfect in every way; couldn't have wished for anything better. Just seemed to know what to do and when to do it and made no demands at all on me; just got quietly on with what he had been paid to do. Being unfamiliar with this situation I wondered how many drinks he might require; the answer..... asking me where he could get a coffee before he started. Thank you and very well done Alex."

"Just want to say a huge thank you from both Taha and me. You truly made our wedding magical and gave it such an elegant touch. Everybody absolutely loved both the harp and violin during the Nikkah ceremony. I am so glad that we were able to have it outdoors and you made it a dream! Thank you once again for everything over the past couple of months and for being very accommodating. I am so glad that I booked both the string quartet and harp and violin duet for the wedding. "I have seen this band perform many times over the years and find them consistantly very good. A good mixture of folk, Irish, humour and generally fun. They've always had the ability to make you want to get up and dance!"

"THANK YOU to Lucy and the boys for making our wedding the most incredible day EVER. They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. If anyone is considering them for their wedding DO IT you won't be disappointed!"
