"We just wanted to say a huge, massive, great big thank you for playing at our wedding. You were just brilliant, perfect for our wedding. The music was great, I’m not sure i have been at a wedding before where so many of the guests were up dancing, even my 87 year old grandfather! We had such an amazing time, and have received many compliments about you from our guests."

"After a postponed 2020 wedding due to Covid, Tim and his team did a fab job in accommodating our constantly-changing plans, and in the end we had the pleasure to have have Kitty Galactic’s acoustic duo, with Kat the lead singer, play at our low-key garden wedding. The singing and acoustic guitar combo was perfect for our guests during reception drinks. Highly recommend and we hope to have the full band play at a full blown anniversary party with dancing in the future. "

From the start of our planning we both agreed that we needed to lind an amazing band for our reception and you guys blew it out the park! What a talented group you are, absolutely amazing! The dance floor was never empty and our guests kept commenting on how amazing you were. From our first dance, the request of the slosh to the amazing sax performance you guys outdid yourself. "I would highly recommend this band. I hired them for my 50th birthday party, watched a video clip and thought they sounded great. I was not disappointed! From the moment they played the first song, they had my family and friends dancing, the dance floor was full all night, everyone said the band made the night! They were punctual, friendly and they sounded fantastic. I’m so pleased I hired them and would definitely hire them again. Thanks all, you made my birthday, can’t thank you enough! "

"We spent a great deal of time trying to find the right group to play at our summer wedding, and were so lucky to find Evelyn & the Band. We were spellbound by their demo songs and videos, which they easily outperform in person. Their repertoire is very broad, which makes them perfect for the wide spectrum of tastes at a typical wedding. The band contacted us well in advance to get a feel for the music we wanted, and how they would fit into the programme for the day. After our first chat, they produced a draft playlist, which they were happy to tweak to include a few favourites. They also offered to learn whatever we wanted for our first dance, and gave such a spellbinding performance of it on the night that we had to dance for nearly two minutes on our own before the best man could snap everyone out of it! They brought some fun background tunes to play whilst they weren’t on stage, and were very helpful in explaining what we should provide in the way of power and space for them to perform. They gave a really fabulous performance, getting folks dancing and singing along throughout the evening. We couldn’t have been more delighted with their music, or enjoyed ourselves more. We thoroughly recommend you book them while you can!"

"Funk it Up! were the perfect band for our wedding! Their repertoire found favour with young and old and guests were up on the dance floor from the very first song! A great energy radiated from the stage as Funk it Up! did their thing! Highly recommend. Best dance band in town! "
