"Evelyn and the Band were absolutely amazing! They really gave us and our guests an unforgettable evening at our wedding! All the band members are really top musicians and Evelyn's voice is incredible. On top of this, they really bring the energy and keep the dance floor packed! Don't think, wedding band, think, top band that also perform at weddings. They were also very accommodating and all lovely people."

"We hired These guys for our wedding in August. From first contact, the communication was outstanding, Ian was always very responsive and accommodating. They learnt our first dance song, which made it that extra special and felt really personal! They really got involved in the party, and brought so much fun to our wedding, everybody has commented on how great they were! Absolutely no regrets!"

"These guys are amazing! They performed at our wedding and we could not have been happier! They did an acoustic set during drinks after the ceremony and then the whole band raised the roof in the evening! They had guests up dancing all evening, we would recommend them to all our friends and family as they are absolutely brilliant!!!!"

"I booked The Fortes for my brother's 30th last weekend. It was in our private garden and we were assured the volume wouldn't be overwhelming. The guys got the sound volume just perfect. What a band, seriously! A great mix of music which made an amazing party atmosphere, just what we wanted. They were ALL so polite and nothing was so much trouble. A pleasure to have at the party and I highly recommend them. Will be booking again in the future. Thankyou"

"Thanks so much for playing at our Garden Party. With ages ranging from 2months to 98years you entertained everyone. You and Owen exceeded my expectations; such a full acoustic sound and you both were so friendly, flexible and responded to exactly what was needed. From atmospheric/setting the scene chill out music to whooping it up when the guests wanted to dance. Perfect. Great banter. Love you guys! I shall have to have another party."

It was great to be able to view Element Strings repertoire online and we loved that they have the capability to play a real mix of music. We had both classical and pop/rock music for our wedding and the team were able to accommodate any special requests that we had. The team were friendly, professional and extremely talented. "I hired Blue Jewel Ceilidh band to play for my 60th birthday party at my local village hall. I had never heard them play before but going on previous recommendations I felt certain they would be okay. How right I was! Well, if fact they were more than okay - they were bandtastic! Their playing is brilliant and they created a fantastic atmosphere. Steve made sure he brought me and my husband and sons right into the swing of things, mentioning us by name whenever he could and he certainly made it feel like "my" party and not just any old party they might be playing at. There was quite a mix of ages, but everyone joined in with the dancing, (yes, even my non-dancing- unless-he's-had-a-few-pints, husband!!). Steve and his colleague were excellent callers and made the dances very easy and great fun. We are still laughing and talking about what a wonderful evening it was. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Jewel. They will make your party go with a swing! "
