"The Renegades exceeded all of our expectations at our Wedding party! Throughout the night, the dance floor was packed. We have received countless compliments from our friends and family about how much they enjoyed the band (One of our friends was convinced that we had Spotify playing until he returned to the room and saw the band playing). "Fabulous night with Capricorn. From the outset, he gauged the flavour and vibe of the venue and the audience. He has a brilliant voice, and his guitar work is really substantial; he's not just a three-chord wonder. Everything he did was technically on point and gave a real feel of the original. He arrived in good time, was friendly, relaxed, and polite, and started promptly. He didn't stint on time set-wise either, we felt very much that he gave a good, long 1st and 2nd half performance. He played a long list of favourite, but not cheesy, tracks, and got the audience singing and on their feet dancing from the start. He was friendly and kept the audience engaged, but didn't fill out the set with a lot of pointless chatter, it was just good solid music, performed really well. We really couldn't fault him and will definitely be having him back. 100% recommended."

"I would just like to thank you for making my 50th birthday such a special night! As you could probably tell it was a total surprise – how Helen managed to keep that a secret I’ll never know. You guys made the evening exceptional playing all my favourite tunes and also allowing me to assist with vocals – sorry about that! You were a great set of lads, very polite and nothing was too much trouble for you. Everyone who came to the party had a fab time and many commented on how good the band were. It’s hard to cater for everyone’s taste in music but you got it spot on playing all Helen asked for and many more, you kept everyone entertained – as you could see by the amount of people on the dance floor! Once again thank you for making my 50th birthday such a special night that I will remember for a very long time. Thanks for everything guys, you were fantastic!"

"My husband and I were extremely happy with Elvis and his performance. He came across very professional and performed very well. His voice was fantastic and he sounded so like the real Elvis. All our guests thought he was fantastic and performed amazingly and my Dad, who is a huge Elvis fan and has seen a few Elvis impersonator in his time, said that he is the best he has ever seen. We also hired a casino and photo booth at our wedding and the owners of those business also commented that he was a very good Elvis impersonator. I would also like to add that for me it meant a lot to dance with my Dad to If I can dream by Elvis. He also made our wedding and I know if years to come we will still be saying, we had Elvis at our wedding and he was amazing. "

"On the occasion of my Father's 75th Birthday Celebrations, I was looking for a live band that could perform music of his era when growing up. I could not have asked for better. I viewed The Cats Whiskers video on line and sent an enquiry via email. They quickly responded to my enquiry and we spoke and I felt that this was the band to choose. I wasn't wrong. Last night we enjoyed a wonderful evening of music which everyone present could remember and recall. A truly amazing evening was enjoyed by everyone and this was in no small way due to the professional approach and musical knowledge of this amazing group of wonderful musicians- A huge thanks to you all and will certainly book them again for future events Keep up the wonderful melodies !!!"

"Ok…It has taken me far too long to write this. I confess I’m forgetful. However, one thing I haven’t and won’t forget is how incredible these guys are. House of Chords are fantastic. Honestly. We booked them at quite late notice (far later than I was comfortable with because my hubby to be was being very picky about the sound he wanted). We loved that they have an eclectic repertoire and weren’t afraid to ditch the “really popular songs” from their set list in order to accommodate our tastes (there are a few songs we feel are way overplayed at weddings). On the day, they set up smoothly and were quick to introduce themselves to us in person. We had a decidedly uncommon first song choice (Walking on the Waves by Skippinish) and unfazed they found it for us. After this from a recording they kicked into a live set for which I don’t remember there ever being an empty dance floor. From the moment they picked up their instruments to the moment they put them down people were up and dancing, singing along and having fun. You can tell the band love what they do and their enthusiasm is infectious. As the live set wrapped up and we moved into the DJ-ing section of the night, the party songs came out and I distinctly remember a group of our guests teaching the band the cheesy dance routine for “Saturday Night”. I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Incredible band, great readers of group mood, infectious energy. Book them – you won’t regret it."
