"Funk it Up! played two amazing sets at our International Women’s Day Dance in Whitstable in March 2024. They were fantastic from beginning to end! Communication was great before the gig and they were friendly, accessible and professional throughout. They played a wide range of fabulous music which was spot on and had all our guests dancing and singing along. All the band are great musicians but what a coup to have such a fantastic, confident woman at the top of her game on lead vocals, epitomising the theme of this event. We’ve had such positive comments since the gig and I can’t recommend this band highly enough."

"Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band were brilliant from start to finish, from the moment I contacted them to the moment they left the party. E-mail conatct prior to the party was always timely and informative. Their performance was briiliant - they had everyone up dancing and they were so patient with all the children (and adults) learning the moves. I would most definately hire this band again. I also thought they were a very reasonable cost. Thank you Kip and friends. "

"Helloo! So sorry for the late message but Stephen Gregory and I had you play at our wedding on the 10th April 2015 at the Copthorne Hotel. We just wanted to say thank you so much for a great evening of music and dancing. We loved every second and were so pleased you were able to play at our wedding.
