"We held perhaps the most successful party we've ever had on Saturday and appreciation of Martin's part in that cannot be properly described. A lovely man playing beautiful music, he constantly judged the 'mood' of the moment and adapted the play list to suit. Absolutely perfect."

"I had seen Tom perform a few years ago at a friends party. We then I asked him to sing at my partner's 40th birthday party, he was that brilliant we then asked him to perform with this duo at our wedding on the 1st of June 24. We were lucky enough to have Bobbi-Jo (Tom's wife) performing with him and her vocal cords are out of this world! She sang our wedding song (Power of Love by Jennifer Rush) which is a tough song! What else can I say? Absolutely superb. From right at the start when we were organising, to the day. Both amazing in their own right. Absolute dream team together. "I would thoroughly recommend Lazy Marmalade to anyone having a party/wedding/celebration. Our usual band were already booked for the date that we needed and recommended them – we have not been disappointed. We booked them for a company party at Duxford Imperial War Museum and they were fantastic – had us up dancing all night with live music and DJing. It was a great mix of music that was enjoyed by all. They were very amenable, didn’t mind our Singing waiters using their equipment and liaised direct with the venue and our entertainers to make sure that the evening went smoothly. Thank you so my Alex & Jon for helping to make our party so special!"

"Utterly fantastic - got everyone dancing from the start and created great atmosphere at my daughter and new son-in-law's wedding celebrations. Lots of guests praising their musicianship and asking where we found them! Accommodated all the couple's requests including learning a special request for for first dance which went down a storm. "Modern Strings did a fantastic job at our wedding. I asked for a string trio. They followed my instructions to the letter and were very cooperative during the event and in the run up to it. They brilliantly played additional pieces of music that were not on their repertoire. They also beautifully played a mixture of classical and popular songs. All guests commented how well they played and what a fantastic idea it was to have a live trio at our wedding. The trio were smiley and extremely friendly and reliable on our wedding day. I would recommend their services to my best of friends and family and would employ their services again should I have another event. Very well done and thank you for making our special day even more special. "

"Soiree fitted the bill in every sense. For our event we wanted to create a setting where our guests could enjoy the music without it being too overpowering. The combination of the live Trumpet and DJ incorporated all tastes and genres, resulting in an ambient atmosphere that made the event very special. Their performance throughout the evening ranged from more chilled styles to more groovy songs and this flexibility was something many guests commented on. As well as multiple genres James and Jake were more than willing to take requests on demand, with no request being too much hassle. Overall, we would highly recommend Soiree and can’t wait for our next event!"
